Luxe Island Escape is calling for you! Just drop your bags and enjoy all that island living has to offer in this contemporary luxury, coastal-designed vacation home. This brand new custom built home is one of the newest vacation rentals located on the island's prestigious North end.

This state-of-the-art home accommodates 8-10 guests comfortably with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. You will find one of three king master suites atop the first flight of stairs in this breathtaking home. The attached master bath features a spa-inspired oversized soaking tub, huge walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom on this floor offers a great space for the kids with twin trundle beds as well as an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.

On the main living level you will also find plenty of room for entertaining in the high end kitchen and dining room. The family chef will love the cutting edge kitchen with all the culinary essentials as well as Keurig coffee maker, gas range, beautiful quartz counters and an impressive island with enough seating along the breakfast bar to comfortably accommodate all your guests.

Relax and unwind in the plush living room with extra large glass doors allowing you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors even when inside. Step out onto the spacious balcony and the gentle sea breeze will have you feeling refreshed in no time. A convenient half bathroom and laundry area complete this level of the home.

Upstairs you will have your choice of two more luxurious king master suites. Each bedroom features a full bathroom with gorgeous walk-in tiled showers. There is an upper balcony perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee and listening to the peaceful sounds of this quiet neighborhood. On this floor you will even find a dedicated office space for when you absolutely must do a bit of work while away. Please inquire about the convenient Murphy bed located in the office space for the ability to sleep additional guests.

It's all play and no work in the amazing backyard with its luxurious covered patio with indoor/outdoor seating, dining table for six and propane grill. Float your cares away in the huge pool or have a soak in the attached therapeutic spa tub. Have a seat at the swim up bar where you can watch movies or sports by the pool on the huge outdoor TV.

This home allows parking for up to 2-3 vehicles in the driveway depending on size.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
