Maison au bord de l'eau avec piscine chauffée et bain à remous, 2 suites principales et un quai flottant

Cette maison est située sur un canal de 210 pieds de large avec un accÚs facile au golfe du Mexique le long du canal nord de la communauté Gulf Harbours à New Port Richey, en Floride. Nous voyons souvent des dauphins, des lamantins, des tarpon et d'autres gibiers derriÚre notre maison.

Nous offrons une grande piscine chauffĂ©e et un bain Ă  remous. Nous avons un quai flottant de 10 'x 20' Ă  utiliser avec votre bateau, ou vous pouvez en louer un Ă  proximitĂ©. Il y a une rampe de bateau privĂ©e situĂ©e Ă  environ 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons. De notre quai, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  environ 5 minutes du golfe du Mexique. Vous n'avez pas de bateau? La pĂȘche depuis le quai est Ă©galement excellente.

En plus de nombreux restaurants locaux, terrains de golf, magasins et attractions, nous ne sommes qu'Ă  quelques minutes de Tarpon Springs, Tampa et Clearwater Beach. La plage de Green Key est Ă  5 minutes en voiture et offre une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil. À moins de 5 km, vous trouverez des bateaux charter et le SunCruz Casino Boat. Location de ponton, location de kayak et location de jet ski sont tous Ă  proximitĂ©. EMPLACEMENT FANTASTIQUE!

La grande piscine-spa / patio fait face au ciel coucher de soleil occidental, se reflétant sur le double canal large offrant une belle toile de fond. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert avec la cuisine-salle à manger-salon équipée de hauts curseurs - les trois zones offrent de superbes vues sur la piscine et le front de mer. Créez vos repas de vacances préférés dans la cuisine entiÚrement équipée des cuisiniers et la zone extérieure de barbecue / grill.

La suite principale trÚs spacieuse de 18'x22 'dispose d'un coin salon privé tranquille et de grands curseurs vers le patio couvert et le pont de la piscine. La 2e chambre trÚs spacieuse de 14'x15 'se combine avec la salle de bain principale comme deuxiÚme maßtre. Notre maison dispose également d'un garage surdimensionné pour 2 voitures avec un ouvre-porte électrique. Une clÎture de patio entoure la piscine pour assurer l'intimité tout en préservant vos superbes vues depuis la piscine et le bain à remous.

De magnifiques Ăźles barriĂšres naturelles entiĂšrement naturelles commencent juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Gulf Harbours depuis Anclote Key en direction sud jusqu'Ă  Honeymoon, Caladesi, Ft Desoto et FL Keys, classĂ©e parmi les meilleures plages du pays. Les embouchures des riviĂšres CĂŽte et Anclote Ă  15 minutes au nord et au sud ont des restaurants au bord de l'eau avec de la musique live et des quais d'amarrage! La pĂȘche, la plongĂ©e, les sports nautiques, les bombardements et l'exploration des Ăźles sont juste devant votre porte lorsque vous louez cette maison.

This was the best rental we’ve ever stayed at! The house is just as amazing as the pictures show! Elesha was great at communicating. You can tell the Sharps spend time and effort keeping their house maintained.The kids spent hours swimming in the heated pool/hot tub! And it’s so nice to have the wide sliding doors/windows to see them while in the house. The kids loved spending time on the dock and catching random little fish. The kayaks were fun to have too. There are fishing rods to use- and we certainly used them daily!The house was stocked with literally everything. A ton of towels, pool toys and a cabinet full of games and a bin full of pool toys. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything. We made most of our meals at the house and had the random things you don’t always think to buy on vacation like salt, pepper, oil, etc. We were so fortunate to have excellent weather in January. A few places we went: Crystal River to swim with manatees, Honeymoon Island Beach, Key Vista Nature Center, where we found lots of hermit crabs and snails, Anclote Pier, Tarpon Springs. The area outside of Gulf Harbors is busy, but you have everything you could possibly want close by. From restaurants and grocery to nature centers and bait shops, you don’t need to travel far.Overall, there are zero complaints! We would stay here again if we ever did a trip to Florida again. Thank you Sharp Family for sharing your Florida home with us! We made memories that will last a lifetime!

Wonderful hosts, beautiful location, very well appointed and clean home. We vacationed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. We took our boat and loved having it docked right behind the house. We explored Tarpon Springs, Anclote key, and nearby rivers and sandbars. The pool was refreshing after a day on the boat and then the hot tub under the stars was wonderful at night. This home was impeccably clean and had all we needed for our holiday meal prep and service. The hosts, Joe and Elesha, were always available and eager to help with information about the area. My husband and I live on the Atlantic coast side and so miss the beautiful beaches and water of the gulf. Hope to return soon!

Absolutely perfect in every way! We loved how attentive & accommodating the owners Elesha & Joe were from the moment we booked. The pool & hot tub were clean & simple. Right on a large deep water canal. We fished & saw dolphins right from the dock. We had no issues, the beds were comfortable, & everything was clean. Elesha checked in to be sure we were enjoying ourselves. The location is prime for anywhere you'd like to visit. We will be back for sure!

This kitchen had more gadgets than we have at home, and we cook a lot! More impressive, everything was in good shape and of good quality. Most rentals do not provide good quality utensils. The furniture was also well above typical rental grade. The pool was great and we really enjoyed watching the sunset while sitting beside it. The beds we comfortable and the rooms were quite large. The neighborhood is terrific with waterways and easy access to the ocean. In fact, our charter captain (Fish N Crazy) picked us up at the dock, which was very convenient. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Our hostess provided tons of information and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was pleasant. I've never had such a good rental experience it felt more like family than a rental. HIGHLY recommended!

The best place we have stayed at, the owner was a pleasure to deal with, gave us a full list of things to do, restaurants and information about the area. The house is perfect, best kitchen with everything you may need and then some. Very comfortable beds, good quality linens. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Fun fishing off the dock and taking the kayaks out. It was just perfect!

Beautiful Home with a Great location!

The Sharpe home is beautiful; don't hesitate on booking this one. We have stayed at several VRBO locations, and this is hands down one of the best. Elisha is amazing with her communication, the check in was so easy. The house is very clean and there are so many extras that they have considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The location is amazing; the area is beautiful for walking and the pool and dock area are like an oasis. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We fished every day off the dock and caught all different kinds of fish. We enjoyed just sitting in the pool area and watching the sunset. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Best location -hands down!

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, and this is by far THE BEST! First, as they say, location, location, location! This beautiful, emaculate home is on a large canal just a few minutes from the Gulf! We kayaked the canal in the morning and chilled at the pool and dock in the evening. And there was so much to do in the area during the day. The house is the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. And the owners, Joe and Elesha, are fantastic! They responded so quickly to any issues (which really were questions, not issues) and were so kind! If you're considering another place to stay in this area for your vacation, don't! You WILL NOT REGRET staying here. The house, pool, hot tub, dock, kayaks, create this paradise that is amazing!

Vacation stay

The house and property were great. From the time i reserved the vacation Elisha and Joe were amazing and great to communciate with. Had a ton of info about the area attractions, restaurants, and fun things to do with the kids. Beautiful Home on the Water

Dear Sharpe Family, We had an amazing stay at your beautiful home. The adult (kids) 😊 loved fishing off the dock. It was wonderful. I absolutely loved the pool. At night the lights to the pool were great. The hot tub was amazing too❀ It was so awesome sitting on the dock in the morning drinking my coffee. It was peaceful and surreal. We were fortunate to see dolphins off the deck❀❀ The house was just what our family needed. Thank you again! We can’t wait to come back.

Making Memories

From the minute we walked through the front door we knew that we chose the right place. Easy access on arrival as well as an easy departure when leaving. The home is bright and open. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and then some. The pool was my granddaughters favorite place to be
from the moment she got up to late at night. The dock area was great for fishing and watching all the different types of fish in the canal. We did enjoy using the kayaks provided as well. Our host Elesha was text or call away with knowledge of the area, places to eat and things to see and do. I was impressed at how quickly she responded and with such kindness. The beds were comfy and the bathroom stocked with ample towels, washcloths and hand towels. Towels were provided as well for the pool or to take to the beach. A smoker, grill and indoor Jen air grill are available to use also. My family and I relaxed and made some great memories and will definitely return in the near future

Fun House

Beautiful home with all the amenities. We had our Thanksgiving forced family fun event there and everyone just loved the house, the pool and dock. We have been coming to Gulf Harbor for over ten years and this house beats them all - everything was perfect. Thanks

Kitchen was well equipped, floors were easy to trip on because they were at different levels, they need to be fixed or have small ramps before someone gets hurt and calls their lawyer. Back door was very difficult to open and close, we had to go out the front door and walk around the house to go out on the boat when we needed to lock the house. There were essentially no lights on the dock which made it difficult when coming in after dark. Pillows need to be replaced. The light over the outside table does not work. The remote control didn’t work, we had to buy batteries. Fix all this stuff and perhaps we’ll rent it again. Sorry I can’t give you a better review.

September 9 - 16 2023

Well....sitting here in the airport already missing my afternoon nap on the pool raft! This was our very first VRBO rental and let me just say i couldnt have made a better choice. Elesha makes everything so easy andmakes you feel so welcome. The house is just perfect. We fished off the dock and set crab pots, spent many hours out by the pool floating and watching the sunset in the hot tub. Mornings were so peaceful there with our morning coffee. The house is so well stocked, and the most comfortable beds! We visited nearby Tarpon Springs and did early morning jet skiing at John's Pass. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and tried to fit in as many as we could. Thanks so much, we cannot wait to return.

Sharp house

We loved every minute of our stay at this gem of a property, this immaculate spacious home exceeded our expectations. The sun was shining everyday of our stay. Our family loved the backyard and spent most of our time there. The pool and hot tub were amazing, just the right temperature. We enjoyed many meals outside with the use of the clean Weber grill. The floating dock was a great space to watch some manatees swim by and watch a sunrise and cast a fishing line or two. We visited some sand bars and islands throughout the days and enjoyed returning to swim in pool. At night the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house has TVs with premium cable and internet. The bathrooms are nice, one has a soaker tub with jets. Plenty of towels are provided both for the pool and bathrooms. The bedrooms are roomy. The beds are super comfortable a true restful sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. We ate at local restaurants, recommended by the hosts that never made us a bad meal. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The hosts, Joe & Elesha were very gracious and accommodating to our family‘s needs.

Anniversary Trip

We had a great time at the Sharp's home. A very clean house stocked with everything you can think of and then some. It is in a beautiful area, right off the Gulf, on a deep water canal amidst beautiful homes and boats. Their pool and hot tub are awesome. My wife and I enjoyed coffee by the pool watching the palm trees moving with the constant breeze off the Gulf, and then seeing incredible sunsets at the end of the day. It was great taking our boat out to Anclote Island. Very close to Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks. Enjoying the Greek community there is a must. All of this coming from extremely nice and helpful owners. Had a blast!

Restful vacation

Great place for a wonderful Florida vacation. The home is very spacious and having our very own private pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake. Spent most of our time poolside. My husband brought his fishing kayak and was able to keep it in the water tied to the dock so he could just jump in every day and go fishing. He caught mangrove snapper and provided a wonderful meal for us. We enjoyed visiting Tarpon Springs which was close by. This home is located near 3 nice beaches - Sunset Beach, Fred Howard beach, and Honeymoon Island. We saw dolphin, stingrays and sea turtle in the canal. Located in a nice and quiet subdivision. Secluded from neighbors with fencing and landscaping. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to go back next year.

Vitamin "Sea" For The Soul At Gulf Harbors

We have stayed at many beautiful vacation homes in the past but never expected to actually LOVE a home as much as we loved Gulf Harbors! We went there with plans to do many things but only left the house a few times for some dining & shopping. The house had everything. We spent countless hours out by the pool & on the dock with our family and friends! We were so happy to see dolphins & all the beautiful fish & birds that call Gulf Harbors their home too!! The kitchen was equipped with everything you will need, from the utensils to the blender to make those delicious tropical drinks. We enjoyed the bbq they had there & grilled steaks, burgers, hot dogs & sausages! I went there stating I am NOT cooking & then soon discovered why would you want to go anywhere when you could be sitting poolside on the canal enjoying the beautiful sunsets. There are two bedrooms & each has a en suite bathroom, which is a big plus when you are traveling with family & friends. I think our FAVORITE room in the house was the beautiful dining room which opens to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub area that overlooks the canal, which we all totally enjoyed everyday! The large dining table was perfect for our group & the four chair hi top table also provided was wonderful for sitting & having your morning coffee. As far as our Hosts, Eleasha & Joe Sharp they don't come any better & they couldn't do enough for us. We checked in pretty late on our first night there. I had a few questions & sent Elesha a text at 12:30 am & my questions were answered by 6 am the next morning. If we needed anything she was ALWAYS available to help us. The moment I spoke with her about renting their home, I knew she was honest, genuine and someone I could trust. Her recommendations for dining & things to do were spot on. My husband loves to fish & Joe Sharp had that covered for sure! Elesha even sent pictures of some of the "BIG" fish he & his boys had caught. He had recommendations for fishing charters as well (they would even pick you up at their dock!) We are all looking forward to our next stay in their beautiful home. Great Florida Getaway!

We had two couples stay in this home for a little bit of R&R from the northern cold. This house was clean and had all the odds and ends we needed for a week stay. The renters were there every bit of the way if we needed anything. The gave us vacation tips on places to eat drink, shop and beach. My favorite part of the house was the huge sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor space and down to the canal. The heated pool and hot tub were great and aloud us days to stay in and drink and BBQ in the Florida sun. I would recomend the Sharp house and would rent again!

It’s a really nice house in a great location

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sharp’s Florida home. Everything about the house was nice and clean. The heated pool was awesome since we went in November and the weather was cooler. It did take 2 days for the pool to warm up to temp but the hot tub is perfect in less than 30 minutes. If your going during colder weather I would recommend to ask to have the pool heated up prior to your arrival. The sharps were very responsive and always a phone call/text away if we needed anything. They shared their recommendations of places to eat which was very helpful. We were able to take their kayaks out into the bay and we had a great time on the water. We will be renting their house again if it’s available when we want to go back to Florida next year.

One word. Fabulous!

What we were looking for: A beautiful home to relax in. CHECK. What we wanted to do there: Fish, fish, fish. CHECK. The Sharps are very warm, friendly and excellent hosts. Elesha texted to make sure we were able to access the house and to ask if there were any questions or if there was anything we needed. Check in was a breeze. They sent all of the info we needed to get inside, operate the controls on the heated pool and hot tub, they even had a book with all the local attractions, restraints and shopping. By the way, we loved Widow Fletchers! It came highly recommended for lunch, so we gave it a shot. Great view, tasty food and a lot of it. It was great. While we were there, we fished from the floating dock and caught a Spanish mackerel, Black Sea bass, mangrove snapper, baby pompano, a sail catfish and sailor’s choice. It’s November, so a lot of the large fish had already gone out to warmer waters, but there was stil plenty to catch. Rusty Bucket Baithouse is a great bait shop nearby. They have live bait, which is what we used. The weather wasn’t very cooperative, but again, it’s November, so you gotta expect cooler temps. The hot tub was great! All in all, would I recommend staying here?Absolutely! In fact, we’re planning to go back in May next year.

This property is truly wonderful; and just as advertised! The home is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you will need to have a relaxing stay. The pool, hot tub and view are great. The hosts are readily available if needed.

Canal Dreams

We found this home after our actual rental was damaged by Hurricane Ian. The timing worked out perfectly for us. We are huge beach people and once I realized there are no real beaches in the area I was concerned. No need. The whole trip was fantastic. It was on an incredible waterfront series of canals and offered us opportunities to get to do things together we had not expected. We drank coffee, sunned and fished from the dock every day. We cooled off in the swimming pool before hastily returning to the dock adventures. We kayaked and saw manatees. We had tremendous photo opportunities and pelican and blue heron friends keeping us company. We had cocktails in the evening and relaxed in the spa. It meets the three most important rules of real estate: location, location, location! Furthermore, it met our needs for the 6 of us and it has that most important feature of all to us: GREAT VIEWS. Our home also has a heated pool & spa, and a dock with Gulf Access. What more could we ask for? Oh yes, it has some of the greatest fishing in the world located only minutes away.

This home is perfect for two couples to share. It is also ideal for a family of up to 6. We tried to stock the kitchen with everything you should need, as well as providing comfortable furniture in the living / great room and plenty of seating in the dining area. Laundry facilities are available in the home, so that you can pack lightly and enjoy your vacation. This home was meant for family gatherings and great times. The centerpiece outdoors is the heated pool and spa. However, with the open floor plan that flows out to the pool area with large sliders, you will think that you are at a resort with such easy transitions from indoors to outdoors. The location of this home provides great views and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, should you choose to take a boat ride. In addition to the option of bringing your own boat, there is a boat rental facility located on the north channel, and there are numerous deep sea charter boats, and large party boats located nearby. If you like to golf, there are dozens of great golf courses located within a short drive of this home. If you prefer to skip catching and cooking the fish and just start eating them, you will be thrilled with all of the great seafood restaurants in the area.
