Close proximity to many prestigious golf courses. 20 minutes to Glendale home of 2023 Super Bowl at State Farm Stadium. Close to White Tank mountains and tons of hiking options. Extra per night to heat the pool. (Sorry No pets, no smoking, no large gatherings)

We really loved staying at this property. It was very clean and beautiful! The pool was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and the linen closet was well stocked. Rules were easy to follow and everything was labeled. It is in a wonderful community with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication was outstanding. We purchased this home as a 2nd home to vacation in and share with our family. We enjoyed furnishing and stocking this home and making it our own. Semi-retired we enjoy spending time in AZ and escaping the Oregon Winters!

We hope you enjoy the attention to detail of how well the home is stocked. We think this home is very comfortable and clean. The open concept main room , huge master bedroom, and comfortable other queen bedrooms. Large backyard features built-in pool with Baja seating, gas bbq, outdoor furniture, gas fire pit, outside table and chairs. Located in Watson Estates on a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to shopping & freeway access.
