Great Area, Great House

We really enjoyed our stay at this Buckeye home. The house was comfortable, the pool was great, and the area was incredibly nice. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us.

Great for Gold Cup

We stayed there to compete at the Southwest regional BMX competition (Gold Cup). It was close to the track and great for the kids to be able to cool off in the pool.

Nice area, VRBO needs TLC.

Wonderful area. Loved walking around the lakes and mountain paths/parks. Poor paint job in VRBO house. Was surface cleaned but needed deep cleaning.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time. Home has everything we needed. It is older but it is clean and comfortable. There were some things that were broken and the owner was very receptive to us sending pictures. Nothing was an issue for our stay. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the quick response to our texts and all questions were answered immediately. We would recommend this location!

Enjoyed our time by the pool

We enjoyed swimming in the pool, BBQ and walked by the Lake in the afternoon to watch the sunset. You can see the Lake from upstairs balcony as well. The place was so clean and had all the kitchen essentials, beddings, towels, pool towels, shampoo, body wash ETC. The Master was downstairs with the door to the backyard making it easy to go to the pool without having to have to to walk through the living room and the kitchen to get to the backyard. We parked our car in the 2 car garage witch was very safe and continent. The host was so nice, she sent us the move in/out instructions and and answered our questions quickly. We will stay here again.

Needs some improvements

When we arrived, there were 2 ducks in the pool and duck feces on the pool deck and in the pool. I called Samantha to ask if Evolve could do something about it as we rented the house because of the large pool. She was very nice and said she'd check into it. There was never a response. There was more feces the next day.This house needs a pool brush and a pool net. We were able to borrow these from family members in the area and clean up ourselves. We also put large blow up floaties in the pool which deterred the ducks. I'm sure this is an ongoing problem. Our other suggestions:A notebook with directions for operating the AC and TV channel listings so you don't have to scroll through the onscreen Guide all the time. Kitchen towels and washcloths.3-4 decorative pillows for the sofa so shorter people can have back support.Some kind of privacy covering on the master bedroom shower window.Some blinds are broken and need to be replaced or fixed.We knew this house was a little on the basic side from the pictures but every house w/a pool should have a net and brush. There were 2 pool poles but no attachments on them.

While we've never encountered this issue before, being backed up to the lake may have attracted the ducks. We will monitor the situation closely to prevent any future occurrences. -Our TV is indeed a Smart TV, and we understand the importance of providing clear instructions for its usage Once the TV is turned on, navigating to the desired channel is straightforward and user-friendly. Our Guest Contact will create a comprehensive notebook covering the TV and A/C operation to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. -We appreciate your feedback regarding the availability of kitchen towels and pillows. We will instruct our cleaning crew to ensure that sufficient towels and washcloths are provided in the kitchen. -Pillows were already provided on the sofa to enhance guest comfort. Our Guest Contact will double-check the availability of additional pillows in the closet. Should none be found, we are committed to promptly ordering replacements to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay. -Recognizing the significance of privacy, particularly in the master bedroom shower window, we are dedicated to ensuring it by promptly installing a suitable window cover. -We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken blinds and pool nets. We will investigate the issue and replace the blinds as needed. Regrettably, the blinds have been damaged by previous guests, resulting in their replacement twice already. -Additionally, we've already purchased and sent two pool nets to the property for guest use. We've also communicated this to the current guests for their convenience. Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
