The “Pelican Pier Beach House” offers spectacular lake views, charming and unique white sand beach area, and wonderful 400-foot private fishing pier with a large covered pavilion and two docks on Lake St. Catherine. Enjoy great fishing and crabbing from the fishing pier, go kayaking or boating, go swimming, build a sandcastle or just relax on the white sand beach, in a comfy rocking chair or on one of the covered decks. Launch your own boat or wave runners at the nearby marina and tie them up at your private boat dock.

When it's time to go inside, enjoy the spacious and open living room, dining room and kitchen with spectacular views of Lake St. Catherine. Very large master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath (sleeps 2). Guest bedroom with Queen bed (sleeps 2). Kid’s bedroom with twin bunkbeds (sleeps 4) includes a large closet stocked with toys. There is also a queen sofa-bed in the living room (sleeps 2).

Lake Catherine is the best of both worlds: Enjoy nature and sportsman's paradise with the family at the Lake house one day; party in the big city the next day. Only 40 minutes to downtown New Orleans or 15 minutes to Slidell.

This charming vacation property is fully stocked with a coffee station, paper products, everything you might need in the kitchen, and many outdoor amenities including BBQ grill, boiling pot, fishing and crabbing supplies, small jon boat, kayaks, rafts, and bait.

-Outdoor amenities include: 3 kayaks, life vests, 1 aluminum jon boat with paddles, inflatable rafts, fishing poles and tackle, crab nets, crab traps, seafood boiling system, propane BBQ grill, fish-cleaning table, fishing lights, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, picnic tables, deck furniture, benches, ice chests, folding tables, and cargo wagon.

-Small parties and events are allowed during daytime hours only. Number of daytime event guests limited to 35 outside. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed at night, or to continue after sunset. (Reminder that overnight guests are limited to 6 adults.)
-No excessively loud music or noise inside or outside that would disturb the neighbors.
-Quiet time is 10pm – 8am.
-No ATV's allowed.
-No campfires or fireworks allowed.
-No shooting of firearms allowed on the property
-Must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
-Note that this property is elevated and has stairs which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. An outdoor elevator is available but there is one step to elevator and to house from porch, and there are gravel walkways downstairs.
