Hilton Head Resort- 3 Bedroom, Corner Unit. GREAT FIND!

Great find! Hilton Head Resort provides amenities for all interests- tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, hot tub, baby pool, sun deck, indoor running track, restaurants, and beach bar. This top floor unit is secluded in the corner of building 4 and had 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom! Hilton Head Resort’s central location on the island is convenient to Shelter Cove shops and marina, supermarkets, restaurants, and other family activities!

The kitchen has all new white cabinets with a clean granite countertop. The appliances are all full size including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and sink. There is a drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker provided. There is also a built-in breakfast bar which provides seating for 4 as well as additional counter space. There is a wet bar area for addition storage. Other amenities include a blender, toaster, full set of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and utensils. There are also plenty of cooking pots and pans to make your favorite meals.

The master en suit bedroom offers a king bed, a closet and dresser for your belongings. There are two nightstands and lights on either side of the bed for reading. A mounted TV is also in the bedroom. New wood floors are in the bedroom and throughout the unit. Bedroom two has a queen bed, closet, dresser, tv and ample lighting. Bedroom three has bunk beds, closet, cubbies, tv, and ample lighting.

The clean, simple aesthetic is continued in the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Bedroom two & three share a bathroom that is accessible in the back hall area of the condo.

The living room has wood floors and a comfortable sofa, love seat, and a chair for relaxing and watching tv. It also has a large mounted television. Free Wi-Fi and cable are available in unit.

There is a deck to relax on outside that faces a wooded area. There are 4 chairs on the deck and a high top table.

This condo has a stacked washer and dryer to utilize while staying. For sandy items or larger items, the laundry facility down the hall can be utilized.

The unit includes all your bedding, a set of towels for 7, and kitchen towels. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, and a hairdryer. There are laundry facilities located down the hall from the unit by the elevator. Also included are beach chairs, beach wagon, and a variety of beach and pool toys for the kids.

***THE LOCATION***
At Hilton Head Resort you will find one of the most beautiful beaches, great amenities including our ocean-front cabana, 6 free tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, nautilus machine, indoor running track, indoor hot tub spa, steam room and sauna, badminton court, bicycling, volleyball, surfing, picnic area, an on-site store and a deli for burgers by the pool. All villas have wi-fi internet access available.
Take a leisurely walk down our private boardwalk to the beach or hop on our free golf cart shuttle for a quick and easy way to get to the beach and to "Coco's", our incredible ocean-front bar and grill. You don't cross any streets or dodge any traffic to get to our beach. Our beach access is ON-Site!
A bike rental company is onsite if you want to explore the island’s bike trails.
The resort is located in a very convenient location on the island. It is close to lots of restaurants, marinas, golf, and kids’ activities. I am glad to make suggestions or provide additional information based on your preferences.

***POLICIES***
All beach items must be cleaned off and placed in the storage closet. A $250 charge will be applied for additional cleaning of beach items.
Guests must abide by all Hilton Head Resort rules and policies. If any fines are issued, the guest is responsible for all payments due.
