Freedom I is a single-family beachfront, pet friendly home located in desirable Morgantown. The amazing views, upgraded polywood deck furniture and private beach access boardwalk create the perfect outdoor space. Once inside, you'll find that the home is loaded with extras. A professional fridge/freezer, a 6-burner gas stove and upgraded Bosch dishwasher make cooking and clean up a delight. There is also a wet bar with wine fridge in the living room as well as a stand-alone icemaker on the lower level.

The Space

The main living area of Freedom I is open and inviting and you'll find the large sectional and comfortable chairs provide plenty of seating for you and your guests. A large dining table, counters and bar height tables and stools provide extra space for dining, game playing or just hanging out. Massive windows span the length of the home and you be enchanted by the views and the wildlife. Resident great blue herons and dolphins are frequent visitors! Love to fish? In just a few steps, you'll have your pole in the water and hopefully you'll catch something tasty for dinner.

A freestanding ice maker means no daily trips to the store for bags of ice! You'll also find a wet bar/beverage center with a build in wine cooler. Guests really appreciate the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.

The main level boasts a master suite with a king size bed and private bath. Also on this level is a second king bedroom, a bunk room with a twin over full bunk and a full bath.

Head upstairs where you'll find the spacious living and luxury continue. Two extravagant king bedrooms ensure their occupants will feel pampered and relaxed. The kids will enjoy having their own space in the bunk room and access to their own hallway full bath.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
