Wonderful home in a convenient location

Our family of four stayed here for five nights in April. The house worked out perfectly as a home base for visiting our family who lives in Palm Harbor. It is a well-cared for home with great amenities and beautifully located on Lake Tarpon. Highly recommended!

Amazing Lake House

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. It was super clean and comfortable, the lake views are beautiful, and we loved watching the wildlife. The owners are top notch. We hope to return for another wonderful stay.

A very nice place to stay

This is a cute house that worked beautifully for our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and the house has a great view of the water (although with a July visit it was too hot to sit outside!) I would select this house again.

Did not disappoint

Very clean and well decorated home with a fantastic view of the lake, even from the couch! Beds were comfortable and clean. Location was close to everything. The welcome basket and toiletries were a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Lake home stay

The property is in a good & easily accessible area in the lake. Very close to Tarpon Springs & plenty of shopping restaurants nearby. The lake view is beautiful, peaceful & relaxing. Lots of birds & lake wildlife are visible from the patio & dock.There were a few hiccups upon arrival regarding the cleaning crew, but the owner did quickly address the issue. The property is pretty well stocked. Only suggestion would be to provide some acrylic or Plastic glasses for taking outside on the patio.Overall a very nice stay & the host was very responsive!.

Beautiful lakefront home.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood right on the lake, we brought our 2 dogs who loved watching the abundant bird life from the dock. I put my kayak in each morning to bass fish and had good success. House was very clean, comfortable beds and well stocked. Property manager was very responsive by email. We would definitely stay again.

Birthday weekend getaway !

Beautiful lake house with modern and comfortable furniture with gorgeous views. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Great quiet neighborhood. The only thing is we didnt get to try fishing as there was nowhere to buy bait nearby.

Love the view

This was a beautiful property. The home was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The little touches, like the welcome basket and make up towels were definitely appreciated! We loved the lake and just sitting on the swing talking and relaxing. The house is super close to Snappers comedy club, which made for a nice night out. We also enjoyed other local restaurants and the sponge docks. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent all around!

This property was perfect for us! We were in Tampa to visit family and needed a place to stay nearby. The home we rented was very well laid out, immaculate, and functional. It was right on the lake, making the backyard a pleasure to view. The owner was extremely accomodating and easy to reach with questions I had. If I were to nitpick the only improvement I could suggest is that a full size coffee maker would have been useful. The one provided makes only one cup. Not really a big deal, but it would have been nice to have coffee for everyone in the unit. Other than that the lake front home was great!

More than what is in the description

Stayed 21 days. Check-in and check out was so easy! The house was supplied for a perfect getaway, doggies bags, laundry, dish, toiletries, etc. The beds were amazing bamboo foam mattress, the master shower is great for tall people, couch was in great shape, loved the kitchen, but the ice maker needed replacing, washer and dryer we brand new high quality! Bedding soft, my stay had 8 shower towels, lots of washcloths, no kitchen towels. Very secure home outside and in. Neighborhood is secure and wonderful for night walks! The lake has lots of grass, but we caught a bass most nights we were out there. Lake mosquitoes are a real thing! But the home does a great job keeping them at bay. Outside needs updating, but inside is very welcoming and feels like home! Despite the small hiccups, I’d stay here again. The host was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with during my long stay! Eco friendly home. The home was set up with intention. We really enjoyed our stay all month!! Beautiful sunsets!!

The home itself sits on a quiet dead-end street and has been recently renovated from grounds up with the latest amenities. Located in a friendly residential neighborhood away from the city rustle but still close to all the popular tourist attractions and regular stores like Walmart and Publix within a 20min drive. The interior of the home is tastefully decorated to match the lake theme and also be utilitarian. The kitchen is fully stocked with every essential you can think of for preparing a family meal. Washer and Dryer is available onsite as well as free parking for 2 cars on the driveway. We accept dogs that are house broken.
Extremely fast internet, 70inch smart TV, smart thermostat and motion sensing outdoor lights ensure that all your creature comforts are addressed.
The master bedroom has an attached bath and the other 2 bedrooms share the second bath. Hair dryer and toiletries provided in both baths.

If you are feeling lucky then use the provided fishing rods to reel in a bass on one of the top bass fishing lakes in Florida. A kid’s rod is included as well so that the little ones are not missing out on the fun. Use the outdoor seating on the patio against the backdrop of the lake's amazing views to engage in family conversations and banter. There is never a dull moment on the lake!

This is a residential neighborhood and we are friends with our neighbors and would like to continue to remain friends so no loud noises or parties at any time.

Create memories that will last a lifetime in this home. Its truly a one-of-a-kind lake home ideally suited for a family vacation in the Tampa Bay area!
