Amazing girls weekend

We had such a great time staying here for a girls weekend! It’s a beautiful property with plenty of space that is clean and updated. The deck view is gorgeous, and we had a great time around the fire pit at night.

Amazing View

This cabin was everything we’d hoped it would be. It has an amazing view and tons of room. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Close to Clayton, Tallulah Gorge and Black Rock Mountain Stare Park. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Wonderful weekend

This was a perfect spot for our trip. The view was everything. The layout was great. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Rain on the tin roof was a bonus. The location was great, close to Clayton with everything you need. We look forward to coming back.

Best views!

We had an amazing stay, and the views alone were worth the trip. The sunrise and porch coffee can’t be beat! Home was very clean and had all the essentials. Would love to come again.

Perfect getaway. Very clean, had all the little things that a lot of properties don’t have (cookware, coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap). Views were spectacular! Would definitely stay again.

Simply amazing

What an incredible place. The views can’t be beat and you have everything you need the master bed was super comfortable (I’m sure the others were as well) but we just used that one as it was just myself and my husband and our fur babies. The hosts were very responsive but we really didn’t need anything. Will definitely be back!

The perfect mountain getaway

Serenity Summit is the perfect home away from home. It had breathtaking views from two different balconies. The location is peaceful and not too far from town and regional happenings. It has great, comfortable furnishings for a long weekend away. Very well stocked kitchen, very clean, and attention to detail. The owner provided very clear and helpful directions for everything. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Home & Views

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful home and hated to leave (already planning when we can return). We highly recommend this property. It was exactly as pictured and described! The views were incredible and the hosts were amazing! The home had many things that your average rental does not have. For example, sound machines, cozy throws, a well stocked kitchen, comfy couch, comfy beds, nicely decorated, great deck furniture. The list goes on and on. The hosts were very kind and so quick to respond to quest.

Fabulous Time!

The cabin and grounds were just beautiful and extremely inviting. All the things you could possibly want were provided. The beds were comfy and I just loved the spiral staircase and the spaces upstairs and downstairs were perfect. We spent a lot of time overlooking the gorgeous view from the decks. Made S'mores and hung out by the fire pit listening to the stillness. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to our hosts for being so creative and thoughtful!

Yearly 4th of July family Paloozua

Our family has been doing our family 4th of July Paloozua for the past 25 years in Clayton. We have family that lives in Clayton and this was the first time we had to rent a VRBO. What a great decision we made! This place is a must stay if you are coming to Clayton. The views are spectacular and the house is very accommodating. We will definitely be back next year! Just beautiful

The view cannot be understated. It's all trees for as far as you can see! And the cabin is just perfect. As it was just my wife and myself, we didn't utilize all of it but it was perfect for us for her birthday week. recommend

Screamer Mountain was Awesome

The view from the deck alone made the trip one of our favorite stays. Photos of the surrounding mountains do not do justice to seeing them first hand. One of the best views we've ever experienced. House was lovely with all the amenities you could ask for. We hope to return.We are into hiking and waterfalls. Clayton area has a lot to offer in those regards (downtown is fun too), state and local parks plus the forestry areas. Both NC and SC are short drives, which offer more hiking opportunities. The owners interactions were first rate, they promptly responded to our emails and instructions were very clear. No issues. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Great Cabin, Best Views, Dog Approved

We rent a mountaintop cabin every year, and two features this cabin has that most do not are 1) privacy and more outdoor space for your dogs to explore. You can see in the photos the long secluded driveway and upper fire pit area (loved the party lights) and there is additional outdoor space around the lower level. Also very private, you can not see or hear the neighbors. 2) two fully functioning levels - the lower level has a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and great TV room so I can see how it would be nice for families and large groups to have two levels / two kitchens / two TV rooms / two outdoor decks and separate entrances. The cabin was clean and well-equipped with strong wifi, nice bedding, and responsive owners. 100% recommend it!

The perfect Mountain View..
