Well stocked kitchen with new appliances, air fryer oven, lots of pots, pans, and plates. Well maintained and cleaned well between each guest. One block from Airlie Gardens. 5 minute drive to wrightsville beach. Close to mayfaire and great shopping. Come and enjoy!

Loved it!

Well equipped with all necessities, great location and very relaxing. This space is nicely decorated with plenty of room. It’s close to the beach but get there early, pretty crowded this time of year. Had a great time and will be back!

Wonderful stay with a perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot in Wrightsville Beach. It was clean and well stocked. It's close to everything! We would stay here again.

Great vacation spot

Nice and quiet end unit. Perfect location as it is close to the beach and downtown Wilmington. Has a small pool access nice for kids. Stores and restaurants close by. Host checked in and seemed responsive/helpful. No issues during our stay and hope to come back again.

Quiet, comfortable, affordable!

The location works well for us while sailing a regatta at Carolina Yacht club. It’s very quiet and easy to get to by car or bicycle. Beds, bathroom and kitchen are all fine.

Close and comfy

Property had everything we needed to make full meals and relax while in town for family reunuion. It was super close to wrightsville beach. Beds were supper comfy, neighborhood was nice and quiet. Tropical Storm Opheila had us indoors more than we planned but didn’t mind relaxing and riding out the wind and rain here! Will definitely consider for next year's famiky reunion!

Beautiful, Clean, Great Renter!

Very Clean with comfortable beds and kitchen amenities. Hostess was helpful with great communication and gave us excellent recommendations on fun and dining in the area. The condo was a perfect five minute drive from the beach which is perfect for quiet and relaxing evenings. The owner and a neighbor even helped us out when our grocery order arrived 5 hours early while we were still on the road! We will absolutely book this lovely condo again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice quiet area. Very nice neighborhood. Kitchen has dishes and pots and pans so you can eat breakfast lunch there. Even dinner if you want. A 11 minute drive to beach. Pool very small and under trees. Owner has listings of good restaurants and places to visit.

Labor Day Weekend

We were very familiar with the location prior to our trip therefore had access to great restaurants, grocery stores and only 5-10 minute drive to public beach access depending on time of day. We had a family of 4 therefore the townhome had plenty of room (as it would accommodate many more) and the home had all the necessary kitchen supplies to make our stay enjoyable. The community was very quiet and had a community pool which the kids took advantage of after coming back from the beach. We had a great 3 day stay and would definitely go back in the future.

Ok but not exactly as advertised

The property was nice, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is not private, it’s for the neighborhood. Pretty small and crowded. TV and streaming services cut out regularly or didn’t play at all. There was only one bike and very small grill. Outdoor space not very useful.

First visit to WB/Wilmington

Overall, it was a mixed vacation for us as first-timers to Wrightsville Beach/Wilmington. The positives: Rental location was very close to many things, the beach (especially the south end where we spent most of our time), local breweries and restaurants, and the always nice people of NC. The negatives: Traffic, $25 a day to park at the beach, not much to do at night (no boardwalk or shops to visit, which is something we enjoy about other beach towns we frequent), and the rental had some issues as well. The cleanliness of the rental when we arrived could have been better, for example (I can give specific examples if needed). The community pool is a huge disappointment as well; it's very small and the pool area is not very clean. We did appreciate the responsiveness of the owner when all of the water went out on our third day; there was a water main break affecting the entire neighborhood. Knowing the owner may be getting information that I could not, I was thankful she provided emails and other information from other residents in the community. The water was only out a few hours, which was time we planned to be at the beach anyway.
