Amazing panoramic ocean views and just steps to the sand! The Sandpiper Condo has a private oceanfront pool for guests to enjoy. This unit faces southeast with lots of natural light. You'll enjoy sunrises in the morning and then warm sun all day on the balcony, even in the winter!

This cozy condo is nicely furnished and fully equipped for your beach stay - beach chairs and beach towels provided - nicely appointed kitchen - comfortable beds and soft sheets - just bring your sunscreen and flip flops and enjoy your stay!

The Sandpiper is the perfect destination for your family summer Vacation, your TPC stay, the best seats for 4th of July or the Blue Angels are right here, or simply reserve as a lovely guest house when family is in town. Perfect for a peaceful medical stay - very close to MAYO Clinic. We LOVE the snow-birds too. Ask about long-term stays.

Better than a hotel with a kitchen and parking spot. Great beach view, steps from the beach, and a nice pool on the property to swim. Amy was very responsive. We will add this to our list to stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We just spent an amazing week at the Sandpiper! Our host, Amy, was awesome and her property could not have been nicer. We had everything we needed plus some! The kitchen was well stocked, the decor was so nice, the stackable washer and dryer in the unit was a much appreciated plus, enjoyed the pool, the beach access was very easy, and the balcony was spectacular. I think we could have just sat there and enjoyed the ocean view and people watching and never moved! Thank you, Amy, for a wonderful vacation spot! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Wonderful condo

The communication with the host was very quick. The condo was safely secured and very clean. It was decorated beautifully and had plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking/eating utensils. The only thing we needed was a tea pitcher which was an easy fix! The living room furniture has been updated and was so comfortable! The balcony and view on the 4th floor was amazing. Access to the beach was just steps from the elevator, and the storage closet for beach supplies was an added bonus! The pool was really nice too. The condo complex itself was very quiet; however, the balcony overlooked a public parking area and a “sketchy” motel next door that at times was a bit noisy. But, if you just look beyond that though, the wide beach view was fabulous. The city was working on many of the side streets across from The Sandpiper which also contributed to the noise in the area as well. The only issue that we encountered (and in all fairness did not contact the host about) was issues with our thermostat. Daily, we would set the temp on 72, and it would reach that temp, but within an hour, the thermostat would automatically change to the room temp setting to 80 degrees. After speaking to several others in different condos, this was happening to them as well. This made sleeping comfortably a bit hard even with the ceiling fans. Also, if you like very firm beds, you will love the queen mattresses. We had beautiful weather and a wonderful vacation. I would defiantly chose this unit again!

Nice Beach Get Away

Stayed here with my three daughters. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Location was great and communication with the owner/Property Manager went smooth without any issues. The bedrooms do connect, but can be separated with sliding doors which was fine for us. The building overall was quiet and parking was easy with the reserved spot and we had no issues with needing a guest spot. We visit Jax multiple times a year and have stayed in many different VRBO's. We would return to this one and have added it to the list of places we would go back to. I also appreciated the view of the beach from the balcony.

Great beach week

The property was clean and had a nice beach view, and easy access to the beach. We were pleased with the extras provided by the owner, including beach towels and chairs, extra pillows and towels, nice living room furniture, plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and ceiling fans in every room. We were very comfortable, and fortunate that the weather was very nice during our stay, too.

Sun and fun on the beach.

Amy was very nice to answer any questions regarding the check in process. I was very happy to see how clean the rental was. It was well supplied with many coffee brewing options and kitchen essentials for our vacation. Overall, excellent! I will book again.

We had a great time at Jax Beach

Our stay was awesome! We were taking our first vacation with our new baby, and as a mom I was worried about the sleeping arrangements. I messaged Amy to see if they had access to a pack and play. She messaged back with images of her and her husband setting one up for us. Beach towels were also provided which I think is a great thing for a host to have for you. The communication was great. We will definitely be back.

Great location for beach vacation

My family and I had a wonderful week at Jax Beach. The condo has a great location for the beach as well as restaurants & sightseeing. The only downside to our visit was the road construction happening in front of the condo, which was totally outside of the owner's control.

Totally worth it!

4E is an adorable, comfortable, and perfectly clean condo! The serene colors and the cottage beach design are well done for a comfortable and relaxing space. This unit has updated living room furniture from what the pictures show, the kitchen is well equipped, bedding was comfortable, and they include bath towels and beach towels. A beach locker for this unit is included that housed beach chairs for our stay there (one less thing to pack). The view of the beach from the condo was at an angle and very nice. Assigned parking was easy to find, carts are available to help carry your belongings up to your unit, the elevator was perfectly located, and the access to the pool and beach are simple and close. It was a simple commute to the Mayo Clinic and anything else we needed was near by. The host provided a warm personalized welcome, and communication was a breeze.

Perfect size for myself & 2 teenagers. Just steps to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Amy was prompt in answering a couple questions I had. Would stay again if we get back to Jax beach!

Overall great stay! There were some issues with construction that caused some plumbing and trash pick up issues. However these were excellently mitigated by our wonderful host. Highly recommendable vacation spot, especially once the nearby construct is complete.

Amazing Vacation!

Our experience with this condo was 10 stars. The host, Amy, had excellent communication and went out of her way to help us extend our stay when our dates changed. The unit is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds and has a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, lots of extras, a beautiful view from the balcony, and quick, easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean, and the balcony chairs are perfect for sipping coffee and taking in the gorgeous view. We hope to visit the area in the future and would choose this wonderful place again.

Wonderful Location in Jax Beach!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. The beach is big here and it wasn't crowded. The condo was very clean and had lots of extras to make our stay comfortable!
