Short visit to Juneau

Cute little space. Was a short drive to town and shirt walk to the beach. The stairs were a little challenging for me but over all nice clean space.

The cabin was nice, convenient to the harbor and ferry. The stairs to the sleeping loft were more like a ladder. They may be difficult for some.

Cozy and Comfortable

We loved staying here. Great neighborhood. Quiet and “almost” overlooking Ault Bay. Close and convenient to everything. Highly recommend!!!

Sitka Rose is a lovely cabin, very clean, well equipped, and well maintained. My husband and I are in our mid 70s.

Small place to stay. Perfect for two or three. You need to be physically capable to get up to the beds in the loft.

Quiet and cozy

We spent 2 nights in the cabin and it was perfect. Short walk to a beach with amazing tide pools. Super quiet location a short drive to downtown. We’d definitely come back.

Little Gem

This is a little gem to call your home away from home. As my daughter said, it was very "cute"!Do note there are steep stairs to get to the bedroom and there is no tv.

Would definitely stay here again

Property had not been cleaned from previous guests, but when hosts realized they were quick to take care of it. Love the building, location, and amenities. Short walk to the beach, and I rented the car for traveling around town. If I’m ever in Juneau again, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

This cottage was all we needed for our 5 days in Juneau. Close walk to the beach, easy access to Mendenhall, Eagle Beach, Downtown. We got the car for a few days which was super helpful. Taxis were a bit pricy. All was clean and the laundry was great to have for our next leg of the trip. Thanks for the basket to carry in and out!

Juneau Perfection!

Zero complaints. The property had everything we could have possibly needed. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was plentiful. There were numerous electrical outlets available. And the cottage was clean. It’s in a great location. Within walking distance to a beach. And we rented the vehicle that’s on property through TURO. It was great! I am hoping this cottage is available when I bring my family with me to Juneau. My only tiny suggestions would be to get a TV and to have a laundry basket available (the washing machine is in the cottage & the dryer is outside in the shed) transporting clothes was tricky. Beyond those minor things, this place is the best short-term rental property I’ve stayed in!
