The Space:
You will enter this apartment by going into front door and walking up the stairs. On the right side, you will find large bedroom with queen bed and large closet. In closet is pack-n-play, extra cot as needed, laundry basket, hangers and board games.
Laundry room is located at top of the stairs along with iron/ironing board. Washer/dryer in unit is free to use with laundry detergent.
On the left side you will see a very well stocked kitchen with new Stainless Steel Kenmore appliances, dishes, towels, and more. Keurig Coffee machine with free coffee, cream, sugar and many small appliances like toaster, Ninja Blender, waffle maker and much more. Children dinnerware, all cooking material and over 50 individual items are stocked in the kitchen. The dining room seats 5 and also includes a high chair.
The final room is a very large combined bedroom/living room. 2 comfortable queen beds along with a large leather couch with queen pull out mattress. 4k Roku TV along with Blu-ray player in the living room. Very high ceilings throughout all the home.
Guest Access:
Apartment "A." You will park in the back and entrance is front door. Lockbox with code allows you entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Located near downtown Mooresville, you are within minutes of Lake Norman, Davidson College, Lowes Headquarters and more. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Only about 30 minutes north of Charlotte.
Getting Around:
Parking is on property in the back. Please do not park on circle drive. Park on asphalt parking lot.
Other Things to Note:
Very fast WiFi (100 mb+). Please park in asphalt parking off circle drive located right by back door. Apartment is Letter "Aâ and entrance is front door. There are 2 sets of stairs and apartment is complete 2nd story.
Check in is 4pm or later and check out is 10am or earlier.
Interaction with Guests:
We live nearby so if needed please just ask. Ring security camera is located at front and back door for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.
