Welcome to comfort and relaxation! Exquisite rural setting in the river valley of the St Croix. Cozy up in this brand new barn apartment on our home property that is close to beautiful parks and trails and many attractions and also a half hour from the Twin Cities.
The space:
Designed with modern and well equipped spaces in mind, the entire second floor of the barn space is for our guests use including a full laundry room and fully equipped kitchen.
The Loft at Strawberry Hill provides its guests fresh towels, linens, and many other necessities such as dish soap, dishwasher/laundry tabs, shampoo etc.

Other things to note:
Balconies on both ends to enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Many trails for walking. Afton Alps resort and Afton State Park close by. Private fire pit on premises for our guests outdoor use. Great restaurants in quaint downtown Hudson 8 min. away and historic Stillwater only15 min. away.

We can sleep 6 comfortably or more depending on if the queen beds are shared. For sleeping accommodations we have the main "owners" bedroom with a queen bed, the secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the living room, the sofa has a pull-out queen mattress made of quality memory foam and bedding. In addition to or if preferred, we also have a Queen size double high air mattress with built in pump and also a twin double high mattress with built in pump and all bedding. (Extra charge of $15 per night for more than 4 guests.)

Loved this property
The barn loft was beautifully decorated. Very comfy and cozy. The owners have thought of everything. The property is beautiful. It was fun watching the horses from yhe balcony, and having coffee by the fireplace in the morning. The loft was very clean. The beds and linens are very comfortable. I hope I can stay there again. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

Anniversary
We had a wonderful stay at Strawberry Hill Farm. The barn apartment was nice and cozy with a warm fireplace in the living room. We enjoyed exploring the small towns around Anton during the day and snuggling by the fire in the evening. It was a perfect location to get Stillwater, Red Wing, Hudson, and the Twin Cities. We would recommend this place to couples and families.

Beautiful location and great stay!
Our group of girlfriends had a great fall weekend getaway during peak fall colors. Jake and Abby were fabulous hosts with great communication. The loft is clean, exactly as described and well-stocked. Would definitely stay again!

We love the river valley area and the access to so many cities and attractions close by. We both grew up on the east side of MN and never want to leave!

If truly feels like you are way out in the country but without the long drive :) Quiet and serene. Nothing better than a cup of coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise. Its medicine!
