Wonderful Stay

Great place to stay! Couldn’t ask for a better location to downtown, the property was very clean. Sherri was great at communicating the check in process. The kitchen had a great supply of necessary seasonings and pans that made making breakfast easy in the morning! Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Perfect College Friend Getaway

Me and my college friends did a getaway now that we are all moms now. The home was perfect for what we needed. It was walking distance to downtown, options for outside and enjoying the weather, or staying in. The house is exactly as advertised, adorably decorated and she thought of everything down to a ring holder by the sink or a monitor for when littles are there. It was clean, beds were comfy, two full bathrooms and a stocked kitchen with essentials. Communication was fabulous and she didn’t make you feel like another booking. We loved the charm of the house and could tell all the thought that went into it. Would recommend to family and friends. We will be back!

Great girls weekend away!

Super cute home, clean and comfortable! Enough beds and options for the 5 of us. The living room was a bit small, but nothing we couldn’t work with. It snowed during our stay and the hosts were on top of communicating with us about our needs. Would absolutely recommend this home for a weekend away!

Holiday Gathering

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay with our dog to celebrate the holidays with our children now living in the twin cities. We were interested in visiting Hudson. It was a great location close to the twin cities but also close to the town to check out the restaurants/shops etc in Hudson and nearby Stillwater. The location was outstanding. We were 2 blocks to the downtown area and 3 blocks to the river/park. The neighborhood was great and would definitely plan a return trip to see what we did not have time to visit while in town. The main level was open and great for visiting. The accommodations were excellent. The location was easy to get to and close enough to the Twin Cities for a quick drive without having to stay in an urban setting. The property fit our needs perfectly.

Great location!

Being born and raised in the St Croix river valley it was such a joy to come back to Hudson and celebrate with all of our family in the town I grew up in. Lots has changed for sure, but the comfort and coziness of this home made it feel like I have never left! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Family Reunion

The house is spacious and efficient in its layout. We were there in December and it was the first snow of the season, with overnight temp of 13 below zero - house was toasty and cozy. Spacious kitchen and upstairs suite roomy. Clever use of the mud room by the back door - quaint and useful. Nicely furnished and clean.

Perfect!

We stayed the weekend of our daughter’s UWRF graduation. The amenities and “little touches” were so nice. Having the kitchen somewhat stocked was so nice. Also, the communication was amazing. Sheri was so quick to respond when a couple of issues came up - she even mailed us something that we forgot! Highly recommend this VRBO!

Fun stay in Hudson!

This property is so cute, cozy and charming! It is close to the downtown area and has everything you should need. All of the beds were very comfortable and there’s some pull out beds if needed as well! The neighborhood seemed to be a safe area and we felt safe walking around, down to the beach and across the bridge that walks over the water. We ate at Pier500, MainPlate + Post and enjoyed all three restaurants. MainPlate for breakfast is a MUST!

Girl Vacation

This house is so cute, clean and well supplied. It is in a great location also. We enjoyed it very much. It does sleep 6 easily but we did not find an office with a twin bed. The upstairs main bed and bath is great and the 2 main floor bedrooms have 1 double and 1 trundle bed respectively. We didn’t use the pullout single bed in the living area. We would recommend this rental.

Girl's Weekend

Very clean and nicely decorated home. So many nice touches. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and river. Nice walk out on the pier. We enjoyed our stay very much. Sherri was very communicative and accommodating. The only thing we would have liked to have, was maybe a card table and chairs for more than two people to sit at a table for playing games and eating. We did move some furniture around to accommodate this during our stay, so it worked out ok.

As an Airbnb host, I love sharing the charm of Hudson, WI, with visitors. Nestled along the St. Croix River, Hudson is a perfect blend of small-town warmth and modern amenities. From its historic downtown filled with unique shops, art galleries, and delicious dining options to its stunning natural beauty with parks and river views, Hudson offers something for everyone. Whether guests are here for outdoor adventures, a relaxing getaway, or a vibrant community atmosphere, this city truly captures the spirit of Midwest hospitality.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is set away from others on the block, nestled under the trees. Hence why we call it the Hudson Hideaway House! Close to all the action, but private enough to cozy up after a long day on the river or sightseeing. The large primary room is upstairs with an attached spa-like bathroom and large closet. The main floor bedrooms are smaller but very functional for what guests need during their stay. There are 6 total bed situations - one sofa bed, one full bed, one trundle bed, one cot/pull out ottoman stored on back porch, one queen bed (a king would not fit going up the staircase!) and a pack and play.
