Updated and comfy place with stunning unobstructed views. Unforgettable vacation awaits! Large deck off the living with nice deck chairs and picnic table for outdoor eating.

Whole condo is for your use. A public walkover is right next to this end unit condo, so literally just a walkover and u are toes in the sand!
Other things to note
Bring Bottled Water to drink as all of Surfside has bad drinking water in my opinion.

We had an awesome time at this beach rental! The location couldn't have been better, and the updates throughout the home look great. Everything we could possibly need during our stay was thoughtfully provided, making our trip completely seamless and comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The beach house was a great stay for our first family vacation. You get quick access to the beach with the ramp right there. The hosts respond very quickly and are very friendly. We had everything we needed.

Glad u loved the location and found the beds to be comfortable. Wish you included some details as to why you chose to give this a 6/10 rating. Yes it is not brand new like some of our other properties, but it is priced more affordably to compensate for that. Only one issue was brought to my attention during your stay. The remote control for the TV, all buttons worked but the select button did not. I immediately placed a 1 hour rush delivery order with wal mart delivery and had u a new remote that didn't require programming and fresh batteries. You messaged back that it worked and were thankful. Zero mention of anything tired and worn other than that. Please contact me for further details. Always looking to make our places excellent, and serve you as a dedicated, immediate responding host. Thank you.

Strange u put a 6 and said beach access and view great and no complaints. Most guests give a 10! I know the app on mobile can be tricky and defaults to less stars and u have to hit the highest star a lot of times to make it take. Probably was that. Thanks!

We loved our stay so much! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The beach access was great and made our trip easy and perfect. The bed was so comfortable, linens were cozy. The patio had a great couch for an afternoon nap. We loved our stay and will book again! Another great perk, it is less than a mile from a really great bar and grill (beachfront bar and grill) where we had an amazing lunch since we got to the island a little before checkin time. 5stars!

Communication was excellent! We loved the chairs on the back patio and we had wonderful water pressure. My only complaint is that I had hoped for a few more things to cook with in the kitchen when I arrived.

Excellent location and view! Also, great communication with host and smooth check in process. A couple of draw backs include no dining room table to play games, eat together, etc. Also, no nightstands to charge phone or place water. Lastly, the shower does not drain well and the outside hose does not work to clean sand off your feet or use as needed. Overall, a property with a great view of the water and walking distance to the beach! Just a few drawbacks.
