Maison multi-niveau situé sur la rue 141e dans le calme du Nord Ocean City. Juste un court trajet en voiture à la promenade et à la sortie shopping. Situé à 1/2 pâté de maisons de l'océan, pas besoin de traverser la route pour se rendre à la plage. Confortablement meublées et décorées avec goût, cette amoureusement entretenu maison de vacances est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre avec votre famille et vos amis.

Situé à proximité mini-golf, salle de cinéma, de nombreux restaurants. Un court trajet en voiture à des prises Rehobeth, Assateague State Park et de la célèbre promenade d'Ocean City. Près d'un arrêt de bus municipal, Northside Park et centre de congrès Ocean City.

Great beach stay for a crowd

Our family of five were super comfortable, with ample sleeping spaces, bathrooms, and balconies for all. Convenient to the beach, food, and mini golf.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean City, Sparkle Beach accommodations were clean and comfortable and very quiet . We loved being so close to the beach, just a short walk to it as well as some shops and food. Owner was attentive and check in was easy. Would stay here again.

Best vacation!

We had a truly wonderful vacation with the stay making everything so convenient. The place was lovely, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We found everything about the place, our hosts, the process and our stay to be perfect for our needs with our four families with ages ranging from 3 to 60.

Great location

This is our second year staying at this place and it’s has a great location, off street parking and is well supplied with dishes and your daily needs. I had an issue with the cable when I arrived and the owners were easily reachable and willing to assist.

There were five of us and plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Close proximity to the beach. Lots of parking although spots are tight so just be aware. Great communication with host. Had everything we needed and more! Would definitely recommend.

Great area and accomodations. Very clean and plenty of space. We appreciate that the rental was available to use for just the one night. Travelers should be informed prior to renting that linens are not provided. That may be common for beach goers from the region but we flew in from Houston, TX for a one day fishing trip so just a minor inconvenience for the luggage.

Another great week at Sparkle Beach! Easy walk to the beach. The unit is very well supplied with kitchen items, such as pots, pans, dishes, and small appliances. Owners are very responsive to questions or issues. Hope to return next year.

Great family beach vacation

Our family had a great 2 week time at #4 Sparkle Beach this July, and the accommodations for our family of 6 was perfect. The place was very clean and it looks as if it was recently upgraded in the kitchen and living areas. With ample room in 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our family did not have to take long for everyone to shower after a day on the beach. Plus, the beach is only a short walk so it was easy to come and go to the water all day long. Pat and Diana were very easy to work with and Our family is already looking to come back next July, so we can heartily encourage any family to enjoy this property!

Had a great time

Location, location, location. It's perfect. 3 minutes and you are on the beach. Do not need to cross any major road, so if kids old enough you can let them go to and from the beach by themselves. The beach is not really crowded and quite. Plenty of the food options within 1.5 miles. We mostly enjoyed Harpun Hanna and Catch 54 at Fenwick Island. If you brave you can walk, but we mostly drove. The area is overwhelmed with mini golf options. If you are a fan enjoy it.

The location was great being on the Ocean side of coastal highway and the proximity to the beach. My sons are in their mid twenty’s along with their ladies so it was also convenient for them to hit a slew of the local pubs and restaurants and be able to either jump on the bus or take an inexpensive UBER ride back to the house. The only thing that I could say was a bit of a negative but really didn’t take away from our stay is that some of the appliances are pretty dated and we are all over 6’1” tall and the bathrooms are very small so it was difficult to maneuver around in them. Again this was a great location and we would certainly stay again in the future. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that I had from the time I booked the reservation and through our stay.

Very nice and comfortable property, well equipped and supplied, short walk to the beach....the Fenwick Area is great. The steps were a little challenging for us (being seniors) but overall quite nice. Quite clean and everything in working order.

This house/condo was perfect for my family (6 adults & 2 children). Short walk to the beach (1/2 block), walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Great neighborhood. I had read that the 3rd floor was hot so we brought 2 extra fans, which helped. Thank you!

Great please not far from the beach.

Owners great to deal with. Nice condo not far at all from the beach. Area nice too. If I had to say one thing it would be the third floor bedroom gets very hot, I had to have two fans please air.

We are a family of four, two of which are grown and have flown the nest. We purchased this townhouse from family members who were the original owners. Over the years we have worked hard to update it and make it a comfortable place to be. Our place at the beach is our happy place and we enjoy being able to share it with others.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We've always enjoyed that we are very close to the beach. You do not need to cross the major highway to walk to the ocean. This was really nice when our children were small and tired from a full day in the sun and sand. Now that we are older, we really appreciate the short walk back at the end of a day at the beach.
