Notre Beach House - Oceanfront Ă  Waldport

Notre Beach House est une maison en bord de mer entiÚrement rénovée et récemment meublée
qui offre une vue fantastique sur la plage et l'océan. Le premier étage a un merveilleux plan d'étage ouvert,
ce qui est parfait pour passer du temps avec vos amis, votre famille ou vos invités.

Le pont nouvellement construit est l'endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et se détendre tout en profitant des images et des sons du surf.
Cette maison offre un accĂšs direct et facile Ă  la plage de la cour Ă  des kilomĂštres de plage de sable.

La maison est située entre Florence et Newport, et à quelques minutes de Waldport et des Yachats historiques,
oĂč vous pouvez trouver une variĂ©tĂ© de restaurants, d'activitĂ©s ocĂ©aniques et de plaisirs commerciaux.

Another wonderful stay at this home; watching football & walking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the way to the Coast from the Portland Area, we managed to spill a stupid amount of coffee on us while driving. When we arrived at the house, we used the washer & dryer for two small loads of our coffee-drenched clothes. We are grateful that the washer/dryer are there for emergencies. The home is so welcoming, and you'll find that it has all the necessities and comforts. Everyone seems to work very hard to keep this home in top shape. The rooms were very clean and fresh, without an antiseptic smell. The sheets, bedding, and towels were clean. Access to the beach is direct, and we were well able to handle the steps; we are both in our seventies. There are no rocks to negotiate at the bottom of the steps. Please consider this lovely home as your next vacation or weekend stop.

Good stay with some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed here many times everything had always been fine but this time there was a water pressure issue in the kitchen that had effected the fridge water dispenser and dishwasher and made the stay less than ideal, it was difficult to do the dishes with very low water coming out and we had to go buy bottled water for drinking , I managed to get the fridge ice maker to work to dispense ice. also the pillows really need to be replaced in the bedrooms. Husband called the management to let them know about the low water in the kitchen and was informed by the management they already knew about the issues but had not called a plumber out yet to fix it. it would have been nice to have known in advance there was an issue with the water pressure in the kitchen. other then that everything was okay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our beach house was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and has great views. The location is good, close to Waldport, but the traffic noise ( being on 101) can get a bit loud unless the beach waves kick in . The yard is fully fenced, so dogs can be on their own outside. . The only real problem we encountered was the tv. The main bedroom tv has no instructions, so we couldn’t use it. I think it might be an apps only tv. . We loved the house and already booked our next stay.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a little hard to find in the dark :) But once inside, it was tastefully decorated and well appointed, a fully stocked home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the access to the ocean was way easier than it appeared in the pictures, including a pit stop on the way up. All in all, my family really enjoyed this home and our stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Great trip

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are nice and comfortable. The view is gorgeous and beach is quite. We have stayed before and will stay again, this home is one of our favorites.

Reviewer Comments: I had doubts about this property and I was pleasantly surprised to see the reviews were accurate. The property is nicely renovated and the beach access is amazing! The views from the first and second floors are gorgeous and we were lucky to see our sandcastle still standing LOL!! We would rent this home again! The home is stocked better than most with good kitchen space and equipment. The master bed is comfortable though not sure it’s a pillow top. There are small details put into the home that make this place cozy and relaxing that other rentals are missing. We almost opted for a hotel this trip and so glad we didn’t. A few very minor things like low flow shower heads, a couple fans not working and some traffic noise did not in anyway deter us.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great about most of the house , except the bathrooms did not seem like they were cleaned ,found hair in the sinks and upper bathroom toilet was dirty. Master bedroom window was open when we arrived and the room smelled like someone had smoked in the room . Upstairs windows facing the ocean need a good cleaning as the beach was barely visible, I cleaned what I could. Other than those issues the remaining stay was great .

Beach Getaway

Great location on the beach & in between lots of places to see along the coast. Daily beach walks were loved by us & our dogs. Beds are super comfy & the home had everything we needed! This was our second time renting this home & we will definately rent again.

Shades that protect the main floor from getting too hot when the sun is out. Super easy access to the beach right off the deck. Good hand rails on either side of the stairs going down to the beach. It being a pet friendly home meant that our 2 dogs got to enjoy our time in Oregon with us. The very short walk down the steps to the Un crowded beach meant that we could enjoy our beach coming anytime we wanted. This home has A.C. which made our stay so comfy & stress free.I would recommend this home to everyone because it feels like home to us.

Wonderful location and stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It’s unclear in the listing, but it has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths! Very well equipped kitchen, superb view and access to the beach! Nice fenced in area for pets if needed too. The house was clean and I would recommend this location to anyone! One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.

Location is everything!

This home is gorgeous. The location is absolutely perfect being right in the beach in a quiet area. Pulling off the highway at night can be a bit stressful but manageable. Our only complaint was how filthy the home was upon arrival. It looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. Towels and bedding were musty, easily remedied with doing a load of laundry. When I reported the condition of the home the property manager was quick to respond and we were able to come to a compromise. Overall, a great home just needs a good clean!

Great beachfront house!

Appreciated the clean, comfortable accommodations. Steps away from the beach with fantastic views. All kitchen needs were present and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
