Great view of the ocean with easy access to beach. Our unit abutted the laundry room. When guests don’t abide by the laundry rules to end at 10 pm, we felt the vibration of the spin cycle, and the thunk, thunk of the dryer. There is no screen door on the patio door; when open for ventilation, bugs are possible. The refrigerator runs intermittently and loudly. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you when sleeping. Expect to hear the guests on the floor above as soundproofing is minimal. Some units in the Sanderling Sea Cottage group may provide a more comfortable and enjoyable guest experience.

We're glad you enjoyed the ocean view and easy beach access. We're sorry the noise from the laundry room and upstairs neighbors affected your stay—we wish you had reached out so our staff could have spoken with the neighbors or laundry users about keeping noise down after hours. Refrigerators are designed to run intermittently, but our maintenance staff will check for any excessive noise and address anything noted. As for the patio, this unit does have a screen door on the slider to the ocean-facing deck, which keeps bugs out while allowing a nice ocean breeze in.

Most relaxing vacation!

Took a couple days to unwind by the beach. This place was everything they said it would be. Highly recommend this place and will stay again.

My favorite stay on the coast yet!

The room was very clean and quiet. I loved that we could see the beach from the room and sleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing. Such a great place, we'll definitely be back!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed here and found it perfect for everything we wanted to do want to see. Centrally located with the beach out the back door. It was a great deal.

Beautiful cottage!

We had a lovely time relaxing with the beach right on our front door step! The cottage was spacious and clean when we arrived and check-in was easy.
