Big living room and balcony with gorgeous night and day ocean views. Two big bedrooms and a very spacious comfortable living room with an open plan fully fitted kitchen, and Dinning area. Enjoy A drink on the balcony watching the boats come in and out from the bay. Relax in the hot tub and have a nice swim in the pool after a day at work or relaxing on the beach.

Gem in Brickell!

Let me first say that Richard was an outstanding host that was very prompt when I had questions. The unit is located in the heart of Brickell on the 37th floor. The view faces the north with the Miami river & some of the port/bay visible. Open layout in the apartment. Kitchen has everything should you choose to cook. Check-in/checkout was seamless. Richard even setup for a massage therapist to come to the apartment for my girlfriend when I asked. I visit Miami often so I am familiar with the restaurants but he did have some great recommendations. I have stayed all over Miami from Panorama Tower to Opera Tower to Icon & this unit was as comfortable & convenient as I have been. I will be booking this unit again. If this unit is available, do not pass up on the opportunity.

Trade Show Event Stay

We booked this for a trade show at Miami Beach Convention Center. Was very convenient to get in and out to the event. The accommodation was fantastic. It was a great place to go back to and relax after being on our feet all day. The balcony view can't be beat. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful. Stores and restaurants are very close. Safe area. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location in the Brickell, Miami

Richard was an amazing host. We came for a week during spring break with our high school age son . We love staying in the Brickell when in Miami and this 2 bedroom is perfectly located. Minutes from City Center shopping , great boba tea, walking trails around the W and ICON over to Brickell key, and morning coffee at nearby French bakeries. The view from the balcony is beautiful from day to night watching the yachts come and go under the lift bridge on Miami River. Richard met us late at night to let us in and was available though out our entire stay whenever we had a question. The building has a great gym and 2 uniques circular pools including a roof top pool on the 42nd floor . It was a great stay and definitely would recommend.

Great place to stay in.

Richard and his place are great, the location is the best, minutes to best places in downtown miami and wynwood. The views are beautiful and just like the announcement. I’ll be back for sure!! Thanks Richard!!

Wonderful owner and Great Location!

This property was more than we could have ever expected. The owners were absolutely wonderful! They made the check in very easy and checked in frequently to make sure things were going well. The location is perfect, we had rented a car but didn't need it, you could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. If we are ever in Miami again we will definitely stay here again.
