This Edgewater villa offers the ideal location to experience the perfect beach getaway! Positioned on the gorgeous golf course of the best resort in the area, Edgewater Beach Resort, and mere steps away from direct, close beach access (with a rinse station and private gate to/from the resort for our guests), this two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled beauty is one of the most stunning at the resort. RESORT FEE & 1 PARKING PASS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING- No extra or surprise additional fees.

The main living space is spacious, comfy, and adorned with the most striking stained shiplap ceiling. There is ample seating, smart TVs, large windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a patio that overlooks the golf course.

Two bedrooms + queen sleeper sofa accommodate eight adult guests comfortably with a maximum occupancy of 9. The max occupancy of 9 would require three persons in one of the beds or an alternate sleeping arrangement such as a air mattress (not provided) or sleeping bag (not provided).The master bedroom offers a smart/Roku TV, king-sized bed, patio access through a sliding glass door, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a large inviting shower. The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds, a Roku TV, and patio access. Guests have their own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen and dining are ready for all meals and snacks you wish to make; all appliances and kitchen gadgets are available to you.

A seasonally heated pool (one of 9 you have access to) is located just steps from our front door, and our guests have use of the private beach access point. This is a keyed gate exclusively for the use of Edgewater guests in our section of the resort. There is a shower rinse station and it's mere steps across the street to Beach Access #42.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old (at least one guest must be 25+), and pets are not allowed. The required Edgewater Beach Resort Registration fee (and parking pass) is included in your booking. No 'surprise' extra fees for registration/parking with this booking. Guests will be asked to submit a credit card for a security deposit of 300.00. This is a security 'hold' that will be dropped upon check-out as long as there is no damage.

We take cleanliness seriously--now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority.

Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water.
