Shore Daze Villa @ Edgewater - ground floor, golf course, close to beach

Welcome to the Shore Daze Villa @ Edgewater Beach Resort. This is a ground floor villa with two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 max.

Inside, you'll find a gorgeous living area with Smart TV, sleeper sofa, seating, and a covered patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for meals, and you'll find plenty of seating at the table or extra seating at the bar area. The main bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and Smart TV. The second bedroom features two two queen beds, smart TV, and private bathroom attached. A washer and dryer plus free wifi round out the conveniences at Shore Daze.

Our villa is in the 2100 building, less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and lagoon pool, or a free tram can provide a ride anywhere on property.

A seasonally heated pool is close to our villa and just over the pedestrian bridge to the beach side of the resort, you'll find a spectacular lagoon pool with VIP chair rentals and cabana rentals, children's splash pad, and 4 hot tubs. Grab a bite or a drink at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Blender's Poolside Bar, or at Edgie's Corner Market featuring Starbucks and an ice cream parlor. Enjoy waverunner rentals, parasailing, and beach chair rentals on our beachfront.

For sports and fitness, Edgewater has a par 3 Executive 9-hole golf course and tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard and basketball courts. The club offers a great fitness center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
