This was the best stocked house I’ve ever stayed at. It was very nice, quiet, and spacious. The host was wonderful! They brought flashlights and lanterns when the electricity went out in the neighborhood. That’s going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The house was very clean! I was impressed. Also impressive was how thorough and thoughtful the items that that were provided were- everything that we needed we had. The beds, bedding, and couches were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and I was impressed with the coffee bar and also the tea kettle and selection! Didn’t want to leave.

This property is extraordinary! Three couples who attended high school in the 1960's came together here for a weekend of reminiscing and laughter. This house is pristine. The bedrooms are large with comfortable mattresses and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of bathrooms that are well kept and well stocked with towels, makeup cloths, bath soap, hand soap, and shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices and condiments in the refrigerator, we only needed basic groceries to prepare meals. They provided all dishes, bowls, utensils, and pots & pans. The outdoor area is exquisite and peaceful. Our group enjoyed it so much that we plan to make this an annual class reunion at this VRBO!!! And, any correspondence with management before and during our stay was very quickly replied to -- unbelievable response time. I haven't seen this kind of excellence in customer service in a very long time. The door code arrived in my email inbox just as I was told it would. We simply arrived at the location, unlocked the door, made ourselves at home for 2 days, followed the cleanup guidelines, pulled the door closed and locked it, and then drove off. That simple!!!

Book Club Retreat Weekend!

We chose this location to host our Book Club Retreat weekend trip and it was perfect! The host was quick to respond with answers to questions both before and during the trip. The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of 12. We looooooved the pool in this Memphis summer heat, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for people to spread out when we wanted a little space. All rooms being on the main floor was an extra plus. This would be an excellent choice for a large group!

Great house in a great location!

This house was perfect for our mixed generation group of 11. It had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend- safe location, plenty of gathering space inside and out, single floor so no stairs for babies and older folks all within a clean well-stocked house!

BETTER THAN EXPECTED

Excellent location, very safe and quiet. Would be really fun with the pool open. Property was very clean and convenient to get groceries and other shopping. Twenty minutes to downtown is easily manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Funeral Gathering

Fourteen of us stayed together as we were all in town from out of state for a funeral. The property was amazing, just as shown. Owners were very accommodating to our group, and the neighborhood was peaceful and nice. We highly recommended this property to anybody who needs space for a group. Backyard is great for family sit downs & relaxation. Plenty of space all around and amenities are top notch.

Wedding Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in. We were in town for my sister’s wedding and their home was the icing on the cake! Close to plenty of eating and shopping and enough space in the home for us not to be on top of each other. Easy checkin and great communication!!!

Great Getaway!

This home was a great getaway for our crowd looking for both some quiet time poolside and proximity to something a bit more active. Being poolside with golf course in back couldn’t have been more relaxing, and almost everything we needed was within 5 minutes, 25 minutes for more touristy stuff. The house is beautiful and clean, and we really appreciated how many helpful staples were left for our convenience, from kitchen items to housewares to pool toys. A great stay, thank you so much!!

Amazing quiet retreat

We had a fantastic stay for a long weekend family reunion. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well stocked (LOVE the coffee bar). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was a quiet oasis with beautiful birds flying all around. Finally the hosts were very responsive. Can’t recommend this house highly enough. Safe and quiet neighborhood

This place was centrally located for a family wedding that family flew in for. Everything just seemed easy, arrival, our stay and checkout. The place was clean and organized, the kitchen and gathering rooms were away from the bedrooms. Which is nice if you have kids that go to bed earlier. We never had a problems.

Stayed again

I don't want to write great reviews for this house because it will get booked up. But that's selfish, and I want the hosts to be successful. This is the best house in Memphis. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to several things. It's roomy. The hosts are gracious. I didn't have to go get coffee filters and coffee immediately. They already had it. It's a great house.
