Profitez de la fabuleuse vue sur le port / la mer située dans cet appartement idéalement situé, meublé confortablement avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains avec plafond à poutres apparentes et grand coin repas. Le repaire fournit un espace de couchage supplémentaire (comme la 5ème chambre). 11 couchages. Parfait pour les couples, les familles et les retrouvailles.

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de Seabright Beach. Il est à quelques pas de l'historique de Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf, "Crows Nest" (un merveilleux restaurant Oceanside et bar - qui peut être vu à travers le port de notre maison), "ALDO" (célèbre pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner) , Harborside de Johnny et d'autres grands restaurants et la vie nocturne. Vous pouvez louer un kayak ou faire une croisière Coucher de soleil sur le Chardonnay Catamaran. Tant d'options disponibles à partir de ce très bon emplacement!

À seulement 10 minutes de route de Capitola, à proximité, et de 30 à 45 minutes en voiture de Monterey et de Carmel.

Cette maison dispose de 3 niveaux. Vous entrez sur le niveau d'entrée où vous trouverez la salle à manger, coin repas, cuisine, salon (avec canapé-lit qui se transforme en grand lit), salle de bain complète et terrasse avec barbecue et meubles de jardin.

Jusqu'à 1 niveau se trouve la chambre de maître (lit king), salle de bain complète, petit balcon et grenier.

En bas d'un niveau à partir de l'entrée, vous trouverez 3 chambres (comprenant un grand espace détente / salon avec 2 lits jumeaux), une salle de bain complète, un lave linge / sèche linge et une terrasse (avec douche extérieure). 1ère chambre a un lit king. La 2ème chambre a un lit king size et lits jumeaux et la 3ème chambre (bonus / coin salon a 2 lits jumeaux).

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view, super nice that it is multiple levels so everyone kind of has their own space. The only thing I didn’t know is that it’s right next door to the yacht club who has pretty loud parties every single day from about 11 AM to 11 PM. And because they are outside on a deck it is about 50 feet from our bedroom windows which just got pretty annoying. Other than that it was 10/10 but I think visitors should probably know about the loud partying next-door every day.

Good point, I will add to our verbiage. In over 17 plus years of our renting this property, this is the first instance that I can recall that we have had from any renter mentioning the yacht club and its activities. I called the yacht club and according to the General Manager, the afternoon you arrived there was a special event that started at 4:30 pm and ended about 7:30 pm. The next day they had a regatta that started out at sea and wound up back at the yacht club about 5 pm for burgers etc. and lasted until about 8:30 to 9 pm. The GM stated that he was personally there at both events. The final full day of your rental, the yacht club was closed. The County also requires mandatory quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am which the Yacht Club assured me that they comply with.

The kitchen had a lot of equipment for cooking, some you had to dig around for, some was a little rusty. But we were able to make several family meals, so in the end I gave it a "good" rating.

Overall it is a beautiful property and a nice stay. Wish they had lights on the walk path especially for someone older. It was close by to the venues especially Roaring camp where my son got married. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great time in Santa Cruz. The view from this home was beautiful and we took great sunrise pictures over the water and boats. The house was nice but does need some updating. The basement beds were a bit uncomfortable and noticeably lumpy by the look. We had a few issues with the tub drain, ants, and a gas smell, but contacted the owners and they had someone out right away to take a look. The owners were very responsive to our messages. The location of the home was great, we easily walked with our small children to the beach and the boardwalk and to restaurants. We lucked out with great weather for late January. Overall this house worked well for our four children and five adults.

Family gathering for a 91st birthday surprise.

Perfect amount of space for 3 families with kids and grandkids aged 2,7 and 10. Clean and stocked well with kitchen needs. Loved waking up to the sounds and sights of the harbor. Would stay again for sure.

The property has beautiful views of harbor, very spacious, clean, easy to contact the property manager, she is a very nice and kind person, close to Boardwalk, (19 min walk or 5 min on car) in a very good area, perfect for a little family reunion. We really enjoyed it!!

Great Spot!!!

Excellent access to fun spots in Santa Cruz. Walkable community. Spectacular views. Easy access to grocery stores. Great place to have a large family meal with plenty of dining and deck space. Cleaners could be more thorough in their attention to bathrooms and kitchen areas.

This property has the most incredible view of the Harbor and It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. I have nothing but nice things to say about the whole experience. Thank you!!

Great 35th Birthday

I took some family members to this property to celebrate my 35th birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. Centrally located with a ton of great places to walk to. Kirk and Diana were so easy to communicate with and their check-in instructions were easy to follow! The photos of this home do not compare to seeing this property in person, beautiful view, lots of space (11 in our group), clean and comfy! We can not wait to plan another trip at “The Harbor House”

Great house, great location. Had some issues with cleanliness, showers had mold on shower mats and curtains. Informed the owners and they responded right away and said they would take care of the problem.

Perfect for family vacation

This was our first time staying at this property. It was perfect for 3 couples, with plenty of room both inside and out. We enjoyed spending time on the deck watching the yachts in the harbor. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice, especially the kitchen which was noted as being “small” in several reviews. We found the space was laid out perfectly and really appreciated having a pantry to store food. We are hoping to return again.

Great neighborhood- wonderful home layout

Everything was wonderful with terrific rooms for us and great kitchen and dining, I would give 6 stars, but the place REALLY needs a deep cleaning. We opened (and washed) windows, bought detergent, washed sheets, and dishes, vacuumed and dusted. Then we had a fantastic stay. There is a short walk to the lighthouse (and Aldo’s restaurant) and beach. We drove down to the Monterey aquarium (1 hour). Our personal Chef, Mark Gallagher, was fabulous for New Years Eve. The host was terrific and very helpful.
