Pearl Beach House est une maison de deux étages récemment rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires dans la cuisine. Une belle lucarne avec un éclairage de corde, des lampes sous les armoires et une suspension ajoute à l'ambiance de détente du soir pour votre plus grand plaisir. La maison a tout ce qu'une personne peut attendre dans une belle maison de vacances. Trois téléviseurs à écran plat, radio / lecteur CD, table de jeu / puzzle Wi-Fi, jeu de baby-foot, tennis de table, basket-ball, quatre vélos adultes et un vélo pour enfants, chaises de plage et parasol, couverture de plage, coffre de glace, planche de skim, boogie livres de société, livres pour adultes et enfants, et jeux pour enfants et adultes.

La maison dispose d'un balcon au deuxième étage où vous pouvez voir les montagnes russes du Boardwalk de Santa Cruz, la course à pied et d'autres attractions. La rivière San Lorenzo et le pont de train emblématique sur la rivière San Lorenzo qui rejoint le célèbre Boardwalk de Santa Cruz sont visibles depuis ce pont. La maison est à dix minutes à pied de la promenade et de la plage de Santa Cruz; vous n'avez pas besoin de conduire et de payer pour le stationnement. Il y a aussi une belle aire de jeux / parc à 5 minutes à pied. Ce parc possède des balançoires, des toboggans, un appareil d’escalade, un terrain de basket et une grande pelouse pour votre plaisir. Les pistes cyclables et de jogging de la rivière, situées des deux côtés de la rivière, se trouvent à seulement 4 minutes à pied. Les activités de divertissement sont accessibles à pied. aucune conduite n'est nécessaire.

Cette belle maison a la chambre des maîtres avec sa propre petite terrasse à l'étage supérieur. Cette chambre a un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat. L'étage supérieur a également un coin salon / lecture confortable pour les enfants, la cuisine, la salle à manger et la salle familiale. La salle de bain à l'étage a une belle douche de tuiles et des comptoirs en granit. Une chambre en bas a un lit queen, et l'autre chambre / salle de jeux en bas a une grande télévision à écran plat et superposés Hollywood. La salle de bain en bas a une baignoire avec douche carrelée et des comptoirs en granit. Couchage supplémentaire dans le salon a Queen Futon.

Il y a deux espaces de détente en plein air. La terrasse à l'étage a une table de patio et des chaises confortables. Cette vue terrasse aussi un barbecue à gaz et un parapluie. Il y a aussi une terrasse avec table, chaises et parasol pour votre plaisir et votre détente.

Great location-close to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables. It was nice to have tvs throughout the house. All were easy to operate. Management company wasn’t terribly communicative as I never got a response to my message about 2 minor issues.

It was very cute, wonderful outdoor space to enjoy company, peace and quiet or a cup of coffee. The upstairs bed was very comfortable. Downstairs queen bed, is ready for a new mattress. More paper products would been appreciated, we ran out of toilet paper the day before we left! The boardwalk was a 15 min walk away, we walked there daily. The management company was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and great for 6 adults

Our large group all commented on liking this property for its size, location, cleanliness and usability. Only minor suggestion would be to provide coffee supplies for the guests.

Location was perfect. Was very cozy. House was a bit outdated. some power outlets didn’t work or had 5 things plugged into a surge bar. No real pans to cook off of. Owners came by unannounced and unexpectedly in the morning of the middle of our stay to replace an outdoor table that was broken by the previous renter. I actually had to help him move the table in and out. Didn’t care to ‘work & answer questions’ about something I knew nothing about. Bicycles had flat tires. Out of the 4 TVs, we could only get the living room one to work properly and that was also a challenge. We were able to walk to the boardwalk which was really nice. Used the outside BBQ one night which worked fine also. Overall it was a nice stay.

A perfect place to enjoy Santa Cruz

We used this as a base for seeing many sights that Northern California has to offer. We also had lovely Christmas dinner and new years celebration. Very comfortable with room for kids to play and grownups to visit.

It was a beautiful little place the only downside was the bottom bunk mattress. It was more a piece of plywood than a mattress but other than that it was an amazing vacation.

great location

the neighborhood was very peaceful, property was clean the refrigerator was being replaced we was notified just before checking in but they had a backup in the garage. The property management was great easy check-in easy directions and was really close to the boardwalk and other excursions. Would rent again.

Nice home for 6 people

Nice home close to the Boardwalk. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is fabulous. Only issue was the bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom, it needs repaired as the bottom bed is broken and very squeaky.

Great Family Place

4 adults and 3 teenagers/children had a wonderful vacation! The house is clean and kitchen/family room is exceptionally nice for large families. Was initially concerned that neighborhood was a little sketchy but it was perfect in terms of proximity to boardwalk and beach and we had no trouble at all. Thank you, Bailey’s!

Perfect family vacation home

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week and really enjoyed this home. It has a large open living area. Lots of comfy seating. Lots of games and books. Feels homey. The large kitchen has a new fridge and all the serve ware you'll need. The upstairs deck is awesome with a view of he boardwalk and river. The back yard is lovely. Location is good. I would definitely come back here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Sweet little cottage

My family and i had a wonderful time hangout out this sweet cottage in Santa Cruz. Its the perfect distance from the boardwalk so you can get there without driving. But far enough away so you dont have to hear the rides going all night. The house is very clean and stocked with lots of kitchen amenities to use. There is also lots of extras in the grage to use at the beach so you dont have to bring or buy stuff if you have forgotten it. We loved this house!!

Great trip with teens

Took a girl scout troop of (6) 16/17 year old girls. Location was perfect for the scouts to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Everything in the house worked great! Scouts were able to cook meals and the kitchen provided all the tools they needed. Kitchen windows have views of the beach and boardwalk. Management company was super kind and helpful. One of the best service experienced. Great place and excellent location. Highly recommend.

Great price for the location

The property was clean and well stocked, a great location, being walking distance from the boardwalk. The only downside to this property was hot horrible the beds were. All the mattresses felt like they were about 50 years old, which made for pretty poor sleep. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason, but would if the mattresses were updated!

Multi-generational Extended Weekend Stay

This property was perfect for our multi-generational extended weekend stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We appreciated the off street parking. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of activities to keep the grandsons entertained. They enjoyed being able to see the lights of the boardwalk from the balcony and then taking the short walk to spend the afternoon there. The layout of the house was perfect with the 2 younger generations sleeping downstairs and we grandparents sleeping upstairs. We were very pleased with this VRBO.

Just what we needed

This is a spacious, clean, and comfortable home that fit our needs. Great views of the boardwalk and a short walk to it. Beats paying $30 for parking. Nice quiet neighborhood. There is PLENTY of room in this home. Large kitchen and lots of seating in the TV room. The only mistake we made was we were so busy we were only there to sleep. I wish I had more "downtime" to relax in this home, but there's always next time :)

My son’s 18th birthday

We celebrated my son’s birthday with some of his friends in Santa Cruz at this house. The location was great. The rain kept them from going to the boardwalk but the bikes at the house kept them entertained. No small feat for 18 year olds. There was plenty of room for them downstairs. The house is older but in comparison to Santa Cruz homes it is very nice. Also very clean. This is also my second experience with the rental company, Bailey Property Management. They are very professional and run a smooth operation.
