Charmante maison à quelques pas de la plage, de la rue Main et des magasins. Il est proche de l'agitation de tout Myrtle Beach a à offrir, mais assez loin pour se cacher de la foule. Une grande maison d'évasion dans un excellent emplacement. C'est une excellente retraite pour un voyage de golf, une réunion de famille ou des vacances reposantes.

OUI les draps (draps, serviettes, torchons) et le nettoyage sont inclus dans le montant de la location pour cette maison spacieuse et bien aménagée avec de grandes chambres et un grand espace de vie ouvert. Cette maison a une cuisine pleine grandeur et bien approvisionnée avec toutes les commodités - micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, mixeur, plaque chauffante électrique, mijoteuse et grille-pain. Le chalet peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement avec 8 lits; un lit king, deux lits queen, deux lits jumeaux; et 2 autres sur une banquette-lit qui a deux matelas jumeaux (l'occupation maximale est de 12).

Il y a un téléviseur HD dans le salon avec des chaînes câblées et à la demande, des télévisions à écran plat dans chaque chambre, un accès Internet haute vitesse WI-FI sécurisé (téléchargement de 100 Mbit), un patio et une terrasse, un gril à gaz pleine grandeur et un garage pour deux voitures avec beaucoup de rangement. Il y a une piscine communautaire à quelques pas. La propriété fait du fer à cheval autour d'un bel étang de cyprès où vous pourrez découvrir une partie de la faune locale. Unique Beach House

My family and I had a great 4th of July vacation and we enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It's located in a nice little community and is close to the beach and shopping. It really felt like home for us. The owner is very prompt and helpful. I had a great experience with renting this property for our summer vacation. Highly recommended!

Quaint spot

The property was clean and ready for us. The owners responded quickly to us and they updated us on events happening as well as rubbish reminder. This was appreciated. Everything was where they explained in our welcome package. The only suggestion would be to possibly update the beds. The ones in the lower level were springy and the others are well used. Thank you!

Dirty house

The house was not clean. No basic things like toilet tissue, no floor mat. The beds were not made. Dirty and old linens and towels. Will never recommend this house to any body. Very Dirty house.

The house was perfect

I’m rating this house this because: 1. Driving 16 hours and coming to this house to stay just to have to make the beds to sleep with nasty stained up sheets, blankets, and pillow case. 2. Upstairs stayed hot. 3. Having to take the garbage can that’s outside to the dumpster before leaving. (Trash gets picked up on Wednesday morning) don’t stay no longer if you don’t want to take the garbage to the dumpster. We stayed a whole week here so you can imagine how much trash we had. 4. There was gnats everywhere in the kitchen. 5. There was trash in the bathroom downstairs. 6. There was small rainbow rubber bands everywhere. (Sink, hallway, bathrooms and downstairs) 7. The mop was soaked and still had water on the mop bucket. 8. I shouldn’t have to worry about stripping the beds and gathering all the towels up before leaving and picking them in a basket. 9. Some of the lights didn’t work.

Our stay

House was not very clean. As former homeowners of Cottage 23 we do understand the difficulty of getting someone who cleans the house as we would clean it ourself. Ceiling fans had a buildup of dust, fridge was not clean and dressers in bedrooms were dirty and sticky. Towels were lacking and we did laundry everyday to have clean towels. Purchasing extras would be very helpful to guests. Kitchen was well equipped. The remotes to the TV’s were not user friendly unless we just did not know how to use them. We could not use the volume buttons on the remote or change channels from it. Hair in the showers when we arrived was just gross. We loved our time in our favorite vacation spot however would probably not stay there again.

this home is mostly great (just know what to expect: read below) and we loved this area

when i found this place on vrbo and i was considering it, i checked the reviews. they had been great for 10 years but last year there were bad reviews about a/c issues, dirtyness, bats in the attic... i messaged the owner to inquire about the issues and he told me they had been remedied. so i took a gamble and booked this place for my family because i was having a hard time finding an affordable place for us for the week we needed in this area. the week after july 4th. it was mostly good. no evidence of bats or any other kind of rodents or bugs at all. this is a nice home in a nice neighborhood. and it's very conveniently located to the public beach which is very nice, less than a mile away. nice parking at the beach and it is $2 per hour which is easy to pay at the electric kiosk. also close to walmart, etc. and close to the highways. the community has a nice pool with restrooms. it's open 10 am to 10 pm. we loved that it stayed open late. there was a little bit of garbage in the garbage cans in the garage and the garage needed to be swept out but this was a minor issue. we loved having the 2 car garage and there is room for 2 more cars in the driveway but there is also a couple extra community parking spots a short way down the street and a couple more behind the house. the a/c is excellent downstairs. it was nice and cool when we got there but upstairs was hot. the thermostats are separate so we turned down the temp up there. it took a while to cool down but it was much better by bedtime and it was fine for the rest of our stay. i think it's kinda hot in the daytime but we werent home. it's fine during the evenings and mornings. everything was very dusty. all surfaces of dressers, nightstands, bathroom counters, window sills, window blinds, ceiling fan blades... i dusted everything and dry mopped the floors. lots of dust and hair. the bedsheets were clean but the quilts were not. lots of dust and hair on them. i let the owner know about these things after our stay and he thanked me for the feedback and said he will address these issues with his cleaning service. because he lives elsewhere so he doesn't see it for himself. but the kitchen was clean. the showers and toilets were clean. all the appliances work great. all the plumbing works great. TVs work great. Renter is required to bring their bags of garbage to a dumpster which is about a half mile away. The door is locked/ unlocked with a keypad code. i suggested adding a deadbolt.

Relaxing family vacation

Great location, only a few blocks from the ocean. Visiting the beach, we recommend parking in lots 7N - 12N as these as between the crowds of people staying at the larger hotels. There is limited parking which mean limited people stay in these sections, so families are not on top of each other. House was great, plenty of space and has everything you need. Nice and clean and Ron was quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend for families. One thing to note is that to get to the family room/kitchen/dining room, you have to go up many stairs. We had one family member end up staying downstairs most of the time due to this.

Great place for an extended family visit!

The house is beautiful, clean, and roomy, with a dining-living room area big enough for everyone to hang out in. The pool is great and it’s only about a mile to the beach.

This property was great!!! Excellent proximity to everything!! The water was hot, all the appliances worked, the kitchen and bathroom were stocked.. It was definitely a home away from home!! Even the neighbors of the property were lovely! Will definitely stay again!!

Comfortable place close to the beach

This was a nice place to stay. There was 12 of us, 5 adults, 7 children and we all slept comfortably. Roughly a 10 minute walk to the beach. Short walk to the pool. Nice patio. Nicely decorated. Walmart is right around the corner which was nice. We did have an issue with the refrigerator which was a little frustrating at the time but things happen. The owner was quick to respond & send a technician over as soon as possible. We all enjoyed our stay

Not cleaned!!

We arrived after a 12 hour drive to relax and settle in for the next 5 nights. Well, we walked into a nightmare. The cottage was never cleaned from previous tenant. Nor air out or sanitized. Took 4 adults 3 hours to clean and sanitize. Contacted the owner and he notified us that there is also bats in the attic amd dueling our stay, a critter guy was coming to get rid of them. This was horrific. After po ur stay, my Mother was unpacking her bags and found a dead bat in her bag. I can not imagine what would have happened if the bat would have gotten out in her car. We were told we get money back for cleaning and have yet to receive. We will never use this site again nor stay here.

A decent vacation home that has great potential!

The home itself is gorgeous. Upon arrival, it was noticeably smelly in the garage. The previous renters left garbage behind. Once inside the home, the basement is beautiful and cool. Upstairs was another story, you could immediately tell a temperature difference. The upstairs was extremely warm. It was also evident that it wasn’t cleaned well. There were crumbs and fuzzies all over the living room furniture, dust all over the floors, ac vent was black, etc. These are a few of the issues that disturbed our stay. We communicated with the owner, and he was quick to respond. His solutions weren’t reasonable. He wanted to call the housekeeper to come back in, however, we’d already started cleaning and obviously wouldn’t feel comfortable having someone come in. We just wanted to start our vacation! As far as the a/c, we were told the upstairs doesn’t keep up with the higher temps. Most evenings were miserable with temps never reaching below 75. If these issues were addreesed, this would be a dream stay!

Great getaway!

This home is in a great area. Great access to everything. You have a great choice of option here. The things that's needed attention, the owner was gracious an responded very quickly . We would love this spot to be our go to spot yearly....my grandkids thought this was the best house ever! We had a wonderful time.

Lovely Stay

Check-in was easy. The home is very beautiful with lots of space. The attention to tenet needs was very refreshing. This property is located very close to beaches, shopping, and entertainment. The air condition on the top floor was a little slow to pick up.

Unfortunately when we arrived the unit was a mess with dirty linens thrown everywhere and not cleaned for our arrival. The owner states there was a mix up with housecleaner. It was quickly rectified and we had no other issues. Owner was easy to work with and communicated with me as needed. The home is beautiful and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Spacious and great value for your money.

We love North Myrtle Beach area because it is so close to all the of the activities but still sedate enough to really be able to relax and 'get away from it all'. We are a fun couple that fell in love with Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand the first time we came for a vacation 10+ years ago. We loved it so much we decided to buy this home-away-from-home.

The Cottage is located in a beautiful newer community. It is central to everything - the beach, shopping centers, parks, Main Street, local shops, golf courses and restaurants. Golf Carts are allowed to be driven on the streets in the City of North Myrtle Beach. There is a golf cart rental location on Main Street. It is a fun and convenient way to go to the beach, shopping and getting around.
