Notre condo 4BR / 3BA avec accès par ascenseur est situé à Coconut Grove, North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Il y a deux places de stationnement réservées situées dans le stationnement sous l'immeuble. Les espaces sont clairement étiquetés 301 et sont situés directement en face de l'ascenseur. Nous avons fourni deux laissez-passer de stationnement qui peuvent être trouvés sur le comptoir dans la cuisine. Celles-ci doivent être utilisées en tout temps lors du stationnement sur la propriété dans vos espaces de stationnement appropriés. Tout autre stationnement pour des véhicules supplémentaires doit être effectué dans les rues publiques ou dans les stationnements publics. Aucune remorque n'est autorisée. Le stationnement est strictement appliqué et les véhicules seront remorqués s'ils ne sont pas correctement garés.

Cette propriété est sympathique voiturette de golf et il y a des aires de stationnement de voiturette de golf spéciales. Nous pouvons vous recommander des locations de voiturettes de golf si vous êtes intéressés.

Des grillades sont disponibles dans le garage ainsi que des sièges de pique-nique.

Profitez du balcon surdimensionné avec des sièges et une vue magnifique. C'est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances en famille ou votre escapade à la plage. Smith Rest # 301 peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

La chambre principale a un lit king avec une salle de bain privée avec "baignoire / douche" et une douche séparée.

Une chambre contient deux lits queen et a sa propre salle de bain privée, "baignoire / douche".

Il y a deux lits superposés (4 lits jumeaux) dans une autre chambre et il y a un "bain Jack et Jill avec baignoire / douche" avec la chambre King restante.

La cuisine est bien approvisionnée, vous n'avez donc pas à apporter quoi que ce soit.

Le salon dispose de suffisamment de sièges pour passer une soirée en famille ou regarder un film sur la grande télévision à écran plat.

La salle à manger a beaucoup d'espace pour vos repas en famille.

Asseyez-vous sur le balcon surdimensionné et admirez l'océan depuis cet endroit spacieux.

Traversez la rue jusqu'à la plage ou faites quelques brasses dans la piscine sur place.

WiFi est disponible. L'identifiant du réseau et le mot de passe sont sur une note sur le réfrigérateur.

Once again we had a great experience with our stay at bubbles up. This is our 2nd time staying here and we definitely plan on staying here again. Lots of space, very clean, quiet area away from all the crowd perfect for families.

Beach weekend

Location was great! Easy beach access and convenient to shops. Condo was amazing and more spacious than imagined! Balcony was awesome. Kids enjoyed having a tv in the bedrooms.

North Myrtle Beach rental

Much better experience then with other rentals in Myrtle Beach. The owner was very helpful and solved some problems we were having in a very timely fashion. Would highly recommend.

Fun time at the beach

We had a great time relaxing in this space during our recent stay! I unfortunately broke a bone in my knee 2 days before coming so I could say it is fairly easy to navigate in a wheelchair and/or crutches! Thanks for a great time!

loved the layout of the condo, location to the beach, and the pool. The only thing the adults commented on were the beds, they are very mushy and could use an upgrade. Also, the lights in the master closet and laundry area do not work.

So glad you had a wonderful vacation. I checked the lights and they are working. Maintenance may have replaced the bulb after you left? As for the beds, I am sorry they were too “mushy” for you. We upgraded to a new thicker pillow top this season. It is so difficult to find a mattress that everyone likes. This is our home and we do sleep on these beds and find them quite comfortable. I have back issues and I am very comfortable there. I hate that they weren’t adequate for your taste. Thank you so much for your feedback.

The place is exactly how it is in the picture. The beach is supper close. There are stores near by and whole bunch to things to do. The only downside was the pool water is always cold. Other then that its a great place to stay.

Fun at North Myrtl Beach

Great location with super easy access to beach and restaurants. Downside was very uncomfortable bunks. Kitchen mostly well equipped - could use cookie sheet. Assigned parking spaces convenient to stairs/elevator but awkward to get parked. Lots of TVs but we never turned them on! Much better location for us than Myrtle Beach proper. Would stay again if in NMB.

I am sorry you felt the bunks were uncomfortable. I haven’t had any complaints and I personally did not find them uncomfortable. The cooking sheets are usually in the drawer under the oven, however they may have been moved by another guest. I realize that things get moved around and there are a lot of cabinets to look in. I was there 2 weeks ago and there were several cooking sheets. I do appreciate your input. I have a large vehicle (Yukon XL) and do not find the parking spots awkward, but everyone is different. Glad you liked the easy access to the beach. Hope you had a wonderful time.

I would highly recommend this condo!

I would highly recommend this condo! The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The well stocked kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The large deck was a wonderful place to sit and have morning coffee and watch the sunset in the evening. Our family had a wonderful family vacation. We would definitely return to this condo. We also love the area as everything was just a short drive to most popular places and the beach was not real crowded. It was perfect for our family. The owner was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

PERFECT SPOT FOR A CELBRATION

This was a beautiful apt. and we were extremely comfortable. The photos certainly show what a wonderful place this is We loved walking across the street to the beach, having a blast in the ocean waves and later taking an afternoon swim in the small pool. The temperature was very hot so we appreciated the shaded pool. It was fun to visit with each other on the balcony. I would happily stay here again if travel with my wheelchair bound husband was not so challenging. Everything between this beautiful spot and reuniting with children and grandchildren made this the perfect spot to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was as described. Our friends arrived before we did, but the unit was clean and the owner provided a starter kit with toiletries which was nice. Plenty of space to put out food in the cabinets. Lots of wine glasses! Great location and 2 parking spots were great. Communication with Starlotte was great, she was very responsive. We all thought the beds were not really comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working for some reason, we couldn’t figure it out, but it wasn’t a big deal, we just bought bags of ice. Overall a great stay, would definitely rent again.

Great Location and Excellent Setup

We couldn't be happier with both the location of the condo and the condo itself. The beach is a very short walk (just across the street) and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Also the property manager was excellent and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

Blended Bunch at the Beach

The perfect size for our big blended family of eight plus a few friends. There was plenty of room to spread out, but also a gathering space around the dining table. The well equipped kitchen was great for cooking family meals. The only challenge of the week was fitting our SUV in the tight garage parking spaces.
