Located at the foot of the mountain, minutes to downtown Luray, Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park. Visit the restaurants and shops on Main Street, tour the caverns or hike one of the many nearby trails. There are plenty of things to keep you busy. Or just relax around a fire at our fairy light lit fire pit and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views.

If you're in town for a wedding, or planning a Luray wedding, we're just one mile down the road from Faithbrooke Barn and Vineyards wedding venue and less than 10 minutes from Stover Hall wedding venue. We're less than 30 minutes from numerous other wedding venues in Page County.

The apartment over the garage is perfect for grandparents traveling with family or parents looking for a little bit of privacy from the kids. It's also great as a bridal suite for a just married couple.

We are dog friendly, there is a flat $50 pet fee and they MUST be crated if you go out without them.

This property was more beautiful than the pictures The house was nicely decorated for Christmas which we loved since we were celebrating Christmas together as a family We loved walking and exploring around the property, and we did see some deer during our stay. Beautiful & Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July weekend at Deer Crossing. Jim and Julie were perfect and attentive hosts and the house & property are beautiful with everything you could possibly need.

The house was beautiful! It was decorated so beautifully that it felt like home. The property itself was very nice and felt secluded but safe. The closeness to Shenandoah was great. We could be there in about 10 minutes which was so nice. The house had plenty of room and was very clean.

Spacious secluded getaway

Located near Luray, Shenandoah National Park, and Skyline drive this spacious home is a great escape. Our family of four had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Great hosts and really nice accommodations.

Perfect place to reunite with friends.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding just three minutes up the road. The location was great, quiet, and scenic. James and Julie provided us with everything we needed to know, including excellent driving directions! Highly recommend and would stay again!

perfect get away

Driving up the lane we knew this was the place for us! We loved the limited people, dark nights and perfect porch to sit on, as well as great game cabinet. Everything we needed for our short (5 days ) stay was there.

Home away from home

We loved staying here -- the home fit us like a glove! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with a main suite away from the rest of the hustle and bustle. Loved the decor -- positive vibes! -- and all the furnishings made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our pups were free to run and loved it too. Hope we'll be back soon !!

Get together with College Classmates and wives

Had a wonderful time and place was great. Unfortunately rainy stay, but still got into Luray for Wives shopping. Guest loved the Apartment style bedroom upstairs. Clean and well equipped kitchen with just about anything one would need. thanks

Wedding stay

The house was lovely and clean. Had anything available you might need, iron, baby gates, lots of spices, dishware. The host had information available all around the house about where to find things, restaurants, etc. They responded to my questions right away, even checked in to make sure everything was smooth after the first night.

Perfect location out in the country

I highly recommend this home to anyone. It’s tucked away in a quiet country setting, but only mins away from stores and attractions. 10 mins from Luray Caverns and the National Park. We loved the homey feeling and how clean the home was. The fully stocked kitchen was so appreciated since we made several of our meals. We saw some beautiful wildlife and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the mountain country setting. Communication with the hosts was fantastic! We will definitely book this home again!

We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful house. Very well-kept and very clean. Very large selection of kitchenware (both pots/pans and utensils). Very nice fire pit (which was a bit too windy for us to use during our stay, unfortunately). We just had one issue: the Wifi worked well in the early morning (I'm guessing because no one else in the neighborhood was up), but it got progressively worse during the day. I understand it might be only Internet available.

Peaceful Place Near Attractions

The house was easy to access and very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing butterflies, rabbits, birds and nearby deer. We traveled with our adult children and our son's family including 2 toddlers and their elderly dog. Everybody seemed to have a good time. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone. We highly recommend it for a peaceful spot that's near all of the attractions. The notes from the hosts were very helpful, and communication was great. We enjoyed outings to Luray Caverns, the Rescue Zoo, Shenandoah National Park, Jellystone Park, and walks on the greenway. If you go to Luray Caverns, be sure to do the gem sluice with the large $35 bag - well worth it for the treasures your kids will take home.

A Perfect Getaway

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful, private, comfortable and spacious home. We were attending a wedding for the weekend and wanted a quiet, comfy and cozy place to stay while we were in Luray. From the minute we booked it until after we checked out, Jim and Julie were responsive, thoughtful and helpful. The house was impeccable and had everything one could need. The beds were comfortable (which is a rare find in any place outside of home), the house was clean and spacious. It allowed pets which was a huge bonus for us as we love to travel with our dog. The check-in and out process was simple and easy. We were able to relax and feel completely at home for the short time we were there. We definitely intend to return. It was a really great experience and perfect for our little family. Thank you Jim and Julie for sharing your beautiful home!

In Luray - Look No Further

You have found the spot for staying in Luray! We thoroughly enjoyed a 4 night stay with our family in the area for a wedding. We comfortably and easily housed 7 adults. The house and location were perfect. My only regret is that I didnt stay longer to enjoy more time. The house was well appointed as we had everything we needed. We gathered in the kitchen, dining room, front room and porches, which were perfect for sharing good times and laughs together. Close to shopping and attractions, and private enough to enjoy quiet and serenity. Backyard porch is a nice morning spot to watch the sun come up through the forest, and the front covered porch perfect for sitting, relaxing, gathering, and perfectly positioned to watch fiery red and orange sunsets! Fast and responsive communication from the hosts who are eager to help with directions and local suggestions. Definitely on our revisit list.
