‱ During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable occupancy ratio is one (1) person age 25 or older for every two (2) occupants under the age of 25 but over 18. During spring break (all of March & April) Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires that all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the time of booking. Please note that city ordinances supersede the policies of third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO.
‱ Per Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian on the property after 10:00 PM, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. This ordinance is enforced during High Impact Periods (March 1–Memorial Day) and on additional dates as designated by the city. Citywide curfew hours for minors are 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, during which minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian anywhere within Panama City Beach, including sidewalks, beaches, parking lots, stores, and public parks. Girls trip

We took a girls trip and stayed here and it was so nice! So much room and well stocked with you basic daily things even kitchen appliances. Will definitely stay here again.

Patio paradise

This property was lovely with two bedrooms and two baths right on the beach. The patio is huge and perfect to view the sunset every night. This property has it all from a fitness center to an indoor and outdoor pool (which was bigger than the one at my gym!) a hot tub a steam room, and sauna. The property is located between two piers and was fun to walk both ways to see what the area has to offer. I really enjoyed watching the koi fish and turtles across the street. Thanks so much for allowing me to treat this property as home for the week.

Great location, assigned parking, great beach views!!!

This property was perfect for our sisters beach trip. Nice big balcony. Easy access to beach with no steps. It made it SO nice to get to the beach with wagon. The views were amazing!!! Walking distance to some great places to eat and not far from pier park and lots of shopping. Assigned parking spot was right near elevator which made coming and going be vehicle easy. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice room w/ beautiful view

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was nice and clean and the laundry room was stocked with beach toys and boogie boards. The view from the room was breathtaking and it was a short walk to the fast elevators! The assigned parking spot is right next to the pool gate so makes it easy to drop pool/beach toys off at your vehicle at the end of the day. Mini golf and golf carts right across the road and restaurants within walking distance. My 11 yo loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom! We had one issue and it was resolved very quickly and professionally. Great communication from the property manager! Overall a great stay!

Great stay, but small washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our stay and found the space plenty big enough for or family of five. The balcony is very spacious and has a great view of the beach. The blinds in the living and bedroom areas could use a little attention. In addition, the washer and dryer are very small making it difficult to wash beach towels and bath towels. Overall a great location.

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed our trip over spring break. It rained every day on our trip so being able to see the ocean from our bedroom and living room was great, the kids loved the indoor pool. I love how close of a small walk it is to the beach. It’s nearby to so many places and restaurants, everything was just a short drive away. The condo comes with everything you need for a day on the beach/ chairs ,beach umbrella when pool floats even a few sand toys for the kids. The condo was very clean when we arrived, only complaint I had was the floor still was sandy but it’s to be a expected when your located on the beach. I would stay here again.

Ocean Reef 608

The condo was very spacious, there were a few things I fixed while there (slats on bunk bed, frame on twin bed, cleaned laundry room, tried to fix running toilet in master bathroom but needs new flange), other than that overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo. Condo is in a great location and loved it being on a lower floor (easier access), just wished there was more than one parking space or larger overflow for additional parking. I will most certainly stay there again!!

Close to Pier Park and great ice cream across the street. I would definitely stay again.

Ocean Real PCB last minute Fall Break getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Real. The place was exactly as described. Loved the ease of not worrying about a key. The space was comfortable and perfect for my family. I loved the reserved parking. Was a blessing on nights we returned late. The staff were very nice. I loved how there were water & sand tots already there. It was a nice surprise. It was also nice how there was a DVD player. We rented movies & popped popcorn one night and it was a nice evening in. Loved the nice wide covered patio. Lots of sleeping options. Very spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our trip

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is a little dated, but it served its purpose. The master bed is very firm and the ceiling fans made noises which made it difficult to sleep. Also, the blinds over the doors to the balcony were broken, so you had constant sunlight, so no sleeping in. We had one issue with the guest bathroom. It had a sewage smell that was awful, but a maintenance man did come repair it. We loved the location, and it was VERY easy to get to and from the beach. The balcony is huge! We loved that. We ended up leaving a day early due to the weather. We would stay here again. I’d rate it 7/10.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: However I would like to mention that the beach umbrellas/canapés were all broken. In fact almost all the beach equipment was broken. I believe I say a broken beach chair in the corner of the laundry also. We are easy to please though, so it was no big deal to rent from the outside vendors. Also the building definitely needs more elevators. At least 1 out of the 3 was down every other day of our stay and there's an abundance of people waiting to go up and down.

Perfect week for the whole family!

We had a wonderful stay at 608. We had two little boys and had all the things we needed for a comfortable trip for everyone! The home was clean, and cute and right on the beach!!! The kids had room to play and there were plenty of sand toys there we could use! It was so nice to have our own washer and dryer and our favorite part were the chairs and beach umbrella that was included!! The balcony was amazing and well furnished to enjoy lots of sunsets and relaxing out there. We feel like we hit the jackpot with finding this little gem! We definitely will be back! Our only negative- we left a hat at the pool one night and the next day the security guard was wearing it. We told him we left our hat and glasses at the pool and he said he hadn’t seen it.. later in the day we showed him a picture and said that’s our hat can we have it back and he lied and said it wasn’t. Kinda frustrating but that was a small blip.

Not recommend

outdated and not clean. Blinds were missing, smoke alarms were missing, light bulb not working (which maintenance person came in to change and broke one light bulb with glasses on chair , table and floor, we have to clean those again and again just to make sure no glass in there) Blinds were taken care next day and only one smoke alarm was taken care next day I will not recommend this place to stay.

My stay

Well it started out the door was unlocked, we did not notice no privacy at night in the living room & bedroom because the there were blinds missing when we close them at night. The bedroom is most important and to stay 2 nights with no privacy, living room door does not lock at all and some of the dishes were dirty and bathroom did not smell nor look cleaned on the other hand We enjoyed ourselves outside the condo but I did worry while in the condo. Inside was not that comfortable on the bed and cough. I’m sorry I have been in much better but Ms. Morgan was nice when she callled me back after the property manager call her also for me. I called to complaint soon as we arrived. I would not visit that’s condo again, sorry

Great views/decent value

The view was the best feature... gorgeous sunsets; beach access immediately out the back door. For someone who needed a COVID break and a long stress-relieving weekend, this was a good spot. Being a high-rise, it meant occasional waits for the elevator, and people weren't great about wearing masks. Pros: amazing views, covered parking; decent price; full sized kitchen; plenty of towels; beach literally steps away. Pictures were pretty accurate/decor is a little dated but it seemed clean. Cons: it could use a paint touch-up (walls pretty banged up); there wasn't a single pan (cookie sheet or casserole) that could go in the oven or any potholders; the non-stick pots and pans were super cheap and all very scratched; the listing said the unit had a starting supply of laundry detergent but it did not; the keypad lock was NOT intuitive. Check-in instructions should provide clear detail on how to lock and unlock. Blinds in both rooms were missing many slats, making it hard to sleep in, as sunlight was streaming in.

Awesome location and beach area

This property was in awesome location to restaurants, stores, etc. The pool and beach area were great. I had a slight issue with wristbands snd they were delivered to us within 30 minutes of me calling the phone number. I will say that some areas of the condo weren’t as clean as they should be- some of the vents near the floor were covered in dust, and the bunk bed was rickety and the screws on the ladder of the bunk bed had to be tightened by my fiancĂ©. Periodically, the bathroom for the bunk bed room had a strong sewer smell. My fiancĂ© is a plumber by trade and said the wax ring and collar need to be replaced as the toilet is allowing fumes in. My only other issue was there were no regular sized spoons and no large cooking pans in the kitchen. I know a lot of people don’t cook on vacation but we do and it’s one of the reasons we stay in condos instead of hotel rooms. Irregardless of the issues above- we truly loved the location, beach, pool and balcony. Overall a good vacation spot.😊
