This condo is on the 7th floor of a 9 story building. It is possible to occasionally hear something above, below, or next to you. You will clearly hear the ocean sounds 24 hours a day if you have the windows or doors open. This condo also uses a Minut home monitor. This sensor monitors temperature, humidity, noise levels and smoke alarms. It does not monitor or record any audio or video.

We enjoyed our stay. As it wasn’t as handicap assessable as I’d thought, it was beautiful and in very good condition. The view from our deck was beautiful and waking up to the sound of waves was great! Phil was a great host and responded immediately when I had a question! I highly recommend!!

Had no idea I would want a basement parking garage. Kept our car cool, the parking garage was sooo clean. All the people we met in the unit were so friendly. I enjoyed a book out of the library. Yes, you can’t beat the views, but those are obvious, just wanted to mention a couple things that I wouldn’t have thought about wanting, yet I enjoyed them. Very quiet too.

This is the second time staying with this host. They truly have a lovely home with fantastic upgrades that make our stay complete. I have had great experiences with the host Phil, who responds promptly whenever I reach out. We plan to stay at this home regularly when we visit Flager, which is 2x/year. Definitely a MUST STAY place.

Nice Family Reunion

It was a treat to have our kids join us for a vacation in Flagler Beach. The accommodation was tastefully updated and clean. There were plenty of towels and essentials. The views were exceptional from every room, which is the main reason for choosing this condo. The host, Phil, was accommodating and was prompt with responses to any questions or concerns. We feel we found we’ve found a hidden gem! Will definitely stay again.

This condo is exactly as described and then some! So clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony! The location was perfect for us… close enough to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful. The property is well cared for and the neighbors are very friendly. Host Phil is very responsive. We will definitely look into staying here again the next time we come visit family. :-)
