Awesome place to stay

This is a great deal and a great place to stay. There is no exaggeration on how great the view is and you really can just sit on the balcony and see the fireworks they do on Thursdays perfectly. Very roomy and comfortable. Keith is also easy to communicate with and very helpful. I highly recommend this property, just don't rent it for the week we plan to come back next summer!

We recently spent a night at this stunning beach property that exceeded my expectations. The views were absolutely beautiful, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The amenities were very nice, especially the bar table overlooking the beach, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while soaking in the scenery. The sound system was impressive, adding to the overall ambiance. The beds were incredibly comfortable! . I also want to thank the hosts for their excellent communication, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. I can't wait to return!

Great spot! Keith is wonderfully communicative. The condo could use some TLC but really that doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the space or location.

Great place to stay!

This was a great house to stay in. The view was amazing and the location on the beach was perfect. The house had everything we needed and was clean. The stairs are no joke though. Climbing 3 sets of stairs multiple times each day gets old but the view from the balcony was well worth the climb! Also the owner was great to work with!

Superior stay

Other than the steps, everything was perfect. Keith Fox made everything so easy and responded so well to anything needed; above the call of duty awesome!! The view was exactly what we wanted, to watch the sunrises and waves. We needed relaxation really bad and got it!! Thanks so much, Keith!!!

First the porch is where we spend our time. Appreciated the high top private seating there and the close proximity to the shore. Very clean on arrival. Sheets were good. Dog friendly furniture/not as good on comfort. Kitchen wouldn’t be great for big meal prep. Condo is in need of some maintenance attention mainly questionable porch door flooring and leaking plumbing.

Solo Traveler

The view was beautiful! I sleep with the tv on, but the tv did not work in the master bedroom. The noise level in that room from outside is also louder than I expected. Unlocking and locking the door was the most frustrating experience. My phone did not work well with the device and the 4 digit code did not always work. Back to the view....beautiful! Overall, it was a nice stay. The guest bathroom toliet needs to be replace...along with both showers. Loved the balcony!

Great Location

The location was perfect...beachfront with access and a short walk to the boardwalk, beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and awesome sunrises. The size and layout of the condo are ideal for a family of 3 or 4, but the condo could use a little TLC and kitchen organization. There was a visit from a plumber to reseat a toilet prior to our arrival, and he left a mess - this is no fault of the host, Keith, who was very responsive and understanding. Unfortunately, the mess could not be cleaned up during our stay, but Keith compensated us by allowing us late check out on our last day. Beware that this unit is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for lots of steps. But when you get there, the view is worth it.
