Beau 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain Oceanfront Condo situĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de Carolina Beach. AccĂšs direct au parc Freeman et Ă  la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche de Carolina Beach, aux meilleurs spots de surf et Ă  l'une des plus belles plages de l'Ăźle. La grande terrasse couverte en bord de mer est parfaite pour les gens qui regardent et attrapent le magnifique lever de soleil de Carolina Beach. La chambre principale a un lit queen et une salle de bain attenante. Les deux chambres d'hĂŽtes partagent une salle de bain, l'une a un lit queen, les deux autres lits simples ... huit personnes avec canapĂ©-lit gigogne. L'unitĂ© dispose d'un garage et d'un parking extĂ©rieur pour un vĂ©hicule supplĂ©mentaire.

Animaux acceptés avec 100 $ de frais pour animaux de compagnie.

Toutes les réservations (sauf les locations mensuelles) incluent notre forfait linge sans frais supplémentaires. Le paquet de linge comprend toute la literie, des ensembles de serviettes perosonales pour chaque invité, des serviettes de plage, des tapis de bain et un ensemble de serviettes de cuisine.

Nous stockons maintenant nos propriétés avec une petite quantité d'équipement de plage ... 4 chaises de plage, un parasol, des planches de bodyboard et des jouets de sable pour enfants. Ces articles sont là pour votre usage pendant votre séjour.

Great Labor Day weekend at Carolina Beach! The unit was very clean and accommodating for us and our little rat terrier. It was the time we brought our dog to the beach. We enjoyed the unit and weekend!

Host interaction was great. The construction next door was loud. The overwhelming scent of perfume on the sheets caused headaches and skin rashes. Part of my short time there was spent washing the sheets. It’s a good but old house. Couch cushions are worn out. Kitchen well supplied. Lots of towels. Overall we had a great time and are looking forward to the next adventure.

The view from the porch was beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked. The management was very friendly and helpful going above and beyond. The beach towels provided were exceptional. The beach accessories were very well stocked and included more than the description.

Amazing location!

Nice three-bedroom condo with very large deck overlooking the ocean. Includes access to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.

Just What We Needed

Beautiful location just a minute walk to the beach. Also a couple minute walk to the pier for food, beverages, and ice cream! We loved our stay and definitely would look to do it all over again. Carolina Beach has much to offer for you and your family. And this location right on the beach is a perfect landing spot for your sunshine adventures!

Beautiful view

Check in was super easy, we enjoyed the balcony very much and the view of the beach was perfection. Plenty of towels provided. The condo was just missing a couple needed things like a dust pan. But overall enjoyed our stay. We would book again.

Enjoyable Stay!

Our experience was great! Everything was exactly as stated in the description! We never had to contact anyone during our stay. We loved being able to bring our chocolate lab on vacation!! The living room area was large enough that we could put her crate in the living room as well! The weather was great during our stay, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony!

Good location, clean property

This is a good location at the north end of Carolina Beach. It’s at the entrance of Freeman Park so if you have a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle and an extra 50 bucks per day you can drive out on the beach. We also love the fact that we could bring our dog with us and the unit was nice and clean. The air conditioner is super loud at night when it cuts on, but obviously it’s a necessary evil in the summer.

Beautiful view of the ocean

I contacted the host about a couple of problems and he was very responsive and actually refunded us one nights stay. The beach for Freeman park is right outside and it was fun to walk down that way and have the beach to ourselves. I couldn’t give this place 5 stars but I certainly think when they get the issue resolved it will totally get that the next time.

Anniversary Vacation

Location was great! Loved that they had the extras that most rentals do not (towels, bed sheets, even beach chairs and an umbrella). Loved that we could bring our fur babies. They also loved sitting on the back porch with us and just enjoying the sounds/view. The one and only thing (which was not a huge deal to us)...the back porch light just needs to be replaced. We will be back!

Nice spot

Overall was a nice stay for my family and I. Clean linens and towels for beach and bath. Patio was very enjoyable to enjoy ocean view in shade. Garage can be hard to get out of if traffic to nearby park is heavy. It is well stocked with beach chairs and sand toys. Side note: check the coffee maker to make sure it’s clean before using. We found some crawlers in the old filter.

It's our second year and stay down canal for the first time...private entrance to beach it was as said...our only problem was washer/ dryer was down bot property manager without hesitation offered refund...so I dint get to do laundry on vacation...lol

Comfy, cozy, very nice property

We arrived later in the evening and appreciated the ease of check-in. Everything was as stated in the detailed email we received one week before departure. Place was clean and tidy. Linens were provided along with nice beach towels. Appreciated the garage for our cargo box. The view was beautiful. Beach access was convenient and we also appreciated the extra parking space choice. There was construction going on but our daily excursions took us away from that noise. They were always finished by the time we returned for the day. The pier construction was completed by memorial day weekend and the Tiki Bar opened, which was nice of you like that sort of thing. They are open all day. We enjoyed seeing all the dogs come and go from the beach and the locals were very friendly. All in all we had a very nice time and highly recommend this property, especially if you have dogs. We will more than likely book again. Of note our new neighbors on the holiday weekend did smoke and party pretty hard but that didn't deter much from our beautiful week. It is a non-smoking complex however. This is of no fault of the rental property though but kept me inside on our last day, which was sad for me.

Great location, with a very family oriented feel. Fishing, surfing, watersports of all kinds. Close enough to downtown Carolina Beach, and the World Famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk, to have easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions...but far enough away to avoid the beach crowds.
