Newly built apartment in the antic neighborhood near the city center. It has closed, private yard with an outdoor shower and outdoor furniture, there is no stairs and it is located in a peaceful neighborhood. All facilities are within 5-10 minutes walking distance like markets, restaurants, coffee bars, open market, fish market, promenade Riva, Diocletian's Palace.
Apartment is air-conditioned, it has wi-fi, iron, hairdryer, living room with sofa and TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave), and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed.
The apartment is located in the strict pedestrian zone, for the guests who are coming without a car we can arrange transfer to the apartment. For every details you might need you can contact us. Looking forward to meet you!

This spacious apartment was the perfect base for our visit to Split. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The yard/terrace was a great bonus for morning coffees and evening cocktails. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay

The apartment is modern, spacious, and in a peaceful neighbourhood. The location is perfect as it’s just a 5 minute walk away from the bustling centre of Split. The garden with outdoor shower is also lovely to relax in both during the day and the early evenings. Thank you so much for our stay, we can’t wait to visit again soon :)

Great Apartment

This was the perfect apartment for our stay. It was extremely clean and had lots of room. The outdoor patio was very nice to relax on. It was close to everything and very walkable to all the sites. Marija was a great host and went beyond all our expectations to ensure we had a good stay. She even booked tours for us and called taxis. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment.

Was difficult to find using google maps. Cleaners hadn’t obviously completed their tasks. In general was a good location.

Thank you for your review. This is the newest building in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Split. It is correct it is difficult to find it but that gets you all the peace in quiet although you are in strict city center.

Hidden gem if you want a perfect location for a stay in the old town .Everything to see was within in easy walking distance . The accommodation itself was ideal and as advertised .Only issue that you should be aware of is the difficulty in finding the premises . If you are familiar with google walking maps then you will be fine . Marina the representative was particularly helpful . Would recommend having a contact phone no to hand before you arrive to help locate the place if necessary .Will certainly be going back .
