Cette maison jumelée sur 2 niveaux récemment rénovée, située dans la vieille ville vous fera vous sentir chez vous. Vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied du célèbre palais de Dioclétien, de la belle plage de sable et des bars les plus populaires.

L'appartement est vraiment spécial car il est sur deux étages, entièrement rénové et bien équipé. La cuisine et le salon (rez-de-chaussée) vous propose une table à manger, un canapé-lit (pour 1 personne supplémentaire, ou peut-être 2 enfants), TV, Wifi, climatisation, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, micro-ondes, cafetière, cuisinière, fer à repasser .. .

This apartment was perfect for me and my two friends on our recent trip to Split. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the AC was a massive plus. It was also nicely located near Old Town, the port, and other sightseeing spots. The street it’s located on is also really cute! Frane was a great host—very responsive and even provided recommendations for things to do in the city. Overall, a great place to stay. Would highly recommend!

Host Frane was super communicative, kind and helpful. The apartment was within easy walking distance to the Riva and transportation. The apartment was small but clean comfortable. It was perfect for us but people with disabilities may have trouble navigating the spiral staircase. Would be happy to use again

Excellent place to stay at while visiting Split!

This property is very close to the city center (less than 5 min walking) and Frane is a great host. The neighborhood is reallly good as well!

Lovely apartment with a great location!

This is a very clean and well maintained apartment (perfect for one or two people). The location is excellent! It’s in walking distance from the ferry port, bus station, beaches, historical sites, and a huge open air market!

Great location

If your looking for a place close to the action but privacy is important as well this is it. Frame is easy to work with and took allot of his time with us on a late check in to explain not only his apartment but also what to do while in Split. Great stay!

A short trip

I was only staying in Split for a few days and the location was great for walking around. The grocery store is close by and it was a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. Frane was also a great help!

Nice spot for exploring Split

This was a nice base for a couple days of exploring the center of Split. We were only a 5 minute walk from most of the main things. The property was clean and the host was gracious to give us recommendations around the city and some snacks and drinks upon arrival.

Has everything you need very thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. Decor is very nice. The host was very accommodating and set up a second bed for us with no advance notice and communication was clear. Host provided a map and an orientation to the area - very helpful

Situated in a calm pedestrian zone and just a short walk from the old town, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.
