New Property! Comfortable property located in El Trapiche Condo just 5 minutes drive from La Fortuna downtown. It features a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, BBQ area, WiFi, Cable TV, private parking, fully equipped kitchen and volcano view. The condo has 24/7 security, commons areas to relax and enjoy. Excellent home base to explore La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano main attractions that we will be glad to help you with information and our free planning service.

The property is completely private for our guests, private parking on site up to 3 cars, private swimming pool with Volcano view and BBQ area.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: One double bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with two single beds
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with one double bed, one single bed and a roll away bed.
Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, smart TV with IPTV, green areas around the house and just 5 minutes drive to downtown La Fortuna.

We offer FREE PLANNING SERVICE for your transportation and tours in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, just let us know what you would like to do and we will help you to organize your vacations in our country with excellent rates and service. Once you book our property we will send you a detailed document with information about activities, transportation and more things about La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area.
We have a small Tour Office named The House of Tours, which can organize any transportation from/to La Fortuna and any place in Costa Rica with bilingual drivers, comfortable units with A/C (Toyota Hi-Ace or Hyundai H1 2017/2018/2019 models) and excellent customer service. Also we can help you plan your tours in La Fortuna with the best rates, just let us know what you have on your mind and we will help you creating an itinerary during your stay.

Once you decided the activities we will proceed with the reservations and you will pay on arrival day by card or cash, we will keep your reservations until your arrival NO prepayment need it.

We loved our location in La Fortuna. We rented a car so we could move around easily for food and excursions. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the outdoor space. The property manager met us at a nearby restaurant to take us to the home and get us acquainted with the property. We had some trouble with the air conditioning, but the host was very responsive and the problems were fixed immediately.

I loved how this house was in a gated community and off the beaten path. We would sit outside on the patio to play games while the kids swam in the pool. The wildlife was incredible that we could see right from the patio and the pool. The second bathroom is outside on the patio, which I did not realize when I booked it. But it wasn’t a big deal at all.

Location was great just outside main part of La Fortuna. Quiet, but close to everything. Hosts were amazing.

Beautiful and safe

The location is great and everyone is so friendly. The guys can help you with tours if you haven't booked anything yet. The pool with the view of Arenal volcano can't be beat. The outdoor patio and pool area is probably the best part of the house.

We had a wonderful time! This is a great location and felt very safe. It is a nice distance into town but removed when we needed some down time. The property management company was awesome. They were always so responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property! Wish we would have had more time to spend here.

Beautiful home in safe neighborhood

The property was accurately described and was a perfect location for our family. I did not realize the home was in a gated community and that the house also had a gated yard. We felt safe the entire time.

Amazing place

Great accommodations.

House was great our our stay in La Fortuna. It was close to all the things to do and right down the street from Mary’s bbq, which we frequented. Po was great for relaxing in the evening.

Great experience

My family of 6 rented the home, and had a great time. The kids all loved the pool! The sleeping arrangements were ideal, with all 4 kids getting their own beds. The kitchen had what we needed for basic meals, and the home was very clean. Communication was good, and the people at the guard shack were helpful when we needed to change a flat tire and our rental vehicle didn't have proper equipment. We had to drive a bit to get to most activities, but we prefer to stay a little away from all the bustle. Overall a good experience.
