It has a non‑slip surface throughout, but your group expressed that it felt slippery, and for that reason our team emptied it as a precaution. This made the pool temporarily unusable, but the decision was taken solely to address your concern and ensure safety. About the volcano view, the photos in our listing are accurate; however, we cannot control the natural growth of trees in neighboring properties, which can vary throughout the year. Similarly, the construction activity you observed is related to other properties in the surrounding area, and unfortunately we do not have control over when neighboring projects begin or end. These situations are uncommon, but when they occur, we do our best to minimize any impact on our guests.
