Perfect location for Ave Maria Wedding

We were there for my nephew's wedding. We walked to the church. It was a fantastic location in a lovely little town.

Perfect place!

I have a student at the university and was there for the weekend to attend some events on campus. I love the location, proximity to attend Mass, the adoration chapel, the campus, restaurants, grocery store, and there was even a farmer's market on Saturday. My son took a break and stayed with me for two nights. A spectacular weekend overall.

Great condo in the heart of Ave Maria

My husband and I rented the condo for a month to attend our grandson’s football games. Every weekend a few family members and friends flew in for the game. It is the perfect location for enjoying the town activities, attending mass, and visiting with our grandson. We spent a lot of time on the covered balcony. We will definitely come back if it is available

Good location - but smoke smells seep in

The location is prime - right in the town square. The apartment is a little worn but functional and comfortable enough. The only real issue is that the location resulted in our clothes smelling like cigarette smoke coming up from down below the apartment.

Great location!

The property was in a great location close to everything. It had plenty of room for our family of 5. The sliding door to the patio would not open so that was disappointing but we made do. For a 4 day stay we were given 1 garbage bag and 1 tablet for the dishwasher. I would suggest more for that many days. The carpet and walls are tired but it worked very well for our purpose. Thanks!

Ave Condo

Great location. Condo was not clean per typical upon arrival. Kitchen utensils and cookware is not acceptable.Condo furnishings are tired and worn. After cleaning and buying some required kitchen dish ware the stay was good due to location . Ok just be ready to take a day upon arrival to clean and set it up

Perfect spot and easy weekend!

Alex was great and communication easy. Condo was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 small kids under 3. Nice, ve y clean and everything was comfortable like a home away from home.

A plus location

We spent a wonderful vacation and Holy Week at this condo in Ave Maria. The view from the balcony is tremendous. Take in all of town and the Oratory yet still quiet and private. The unit was lovely with very comfortable beds and great amenities. Management was exceptionally responsive, even during the holiday weekend. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot.

Great Location

The condo was in an excellent location in the heart of Ave Maria and is very walkable to the majority of shops, restaurants, etc. It was clean and information/directions were provided within the unit. The covered patio was very nice to sit and relax. My only suggestions would be to provide a full length mirror in the master suite somewhere, as well as a small trash can in the bathroom.

Good for the Most Part

We loved the town, Ave Maria. For the most part, everything was good. The large patio was great! I was very disappointed in the poor lighting in the condo. Several light bulbs were out (bathroom, dining room, living room fan, & foyer). JD brought a couple extras. There was only one end table & one smaller lamp on one side of the couch which seemed off balance; the room seemed dark. In the VRBO picture, it showed two end tables and two lamps near the couch. The beat up old kitchen pans were not fit to cook in. JD came through with a couple decent replacements that worked. Unlike a hotel, only shampoo & conditioner were supplied, plus body lotion in place of what I thought should be body wash. We substituted shampoo for body wash which left us short.

A very good experience overall

I was very pleased with the rental experience overall. The condo was conveniently located, spacious and modern. Our rental manager was very helpful, organized and professional. Overall, a very good experience. However, I do suggest that the condo be deep cleaned (i.e. drapes, flower arrangements, furniture, lamps, cupboards) more frequently.

A very nice rental with a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. Very spacious with a great view over looking the oratory. Nice A/C, soft linens, and everything one would/could need in the kitchen. Publix Supermarket and restaurants are a short walk away, very convenient.

wonderful Ave Maria location

We stayed for several days in order to move our son into school. It was wonderful to be so close and it made the transition much smoother. The condo was even better than the photos and was a perfect home base in Ave Maria. The town was so friendly and nice and we enjoyed two delicious meals at The Pub. I would highly reccomend this condo for a stress-free time.

a peaceful, lovely place to spend time

Just a lovely condo near all the things that we are interested in......church, pool, golf course. It is peaceful and a place to catch your breath and relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors and the lovely European-type town center.
