The Luxe Warehouse is a historic 1940's vintage warehouse located in downtown Dallas. The steel truss frame warehouse has been converted into a unique lodging experience with accommodations for up to 10 guests. The renovation of the warehouse was featured on CNBC's Cash Pad in 2019 and the interior design was done by The Bachelorette's Season 13, Jojo Fletcher, her fiancé Jordan Rodgers and the amazing design and build team with CNBC.

Better than advertised!!
This is an excellent stay for groups! Plenty of beds and seating for everyone. Please be aware that the neighborhood is definitely up and coming and that there is a bar directly behind the property that plays live music and you can hear it. So if you are looking for quiet this might not be for you. However, our group was thrilled with the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to explore Dallas.

Wedding Weekend in Dallas
Great location for a family wedding in downtown Dallas. We enjoyed the outdoor portion of the property on Sunday afternoon (great weather) and were able to reminisce about the wedding. We loved that we could hear really good live music from a local bar. The neighbors in the apartments next door were so nice and even recommended where we should order dinner from! Make sure to get code for the bunk bedroom because it did lock on us when someone closed the door and that code was not the same as the others. We ended the trip all looking at the "sneak peak" photos on the tv in the living area. Overall perfect for our group who loved all sharing the one bunk room, and many laughs were had during the trip. Location is close to Dallas, we always used Uber because we were dressed up, but you could walk. One review was concerned about locking the door, but we just took the padlock and put it on the inside. Nobody felt unsafe there.

Excellent spot with an excellent host
We came into town for a group trip and the warehouse met our every need - comfortable, spacious, conveniently located, filled with amenities, well-cared-for - and also pretty cool! Chyenne was very helpful in explaining how to access the warehouse and where to find anything we needed for our stay - and check-out was a breeze, too. I would definitely recommend this property to friend groups or big families taking trips to Dallas. And I would stay again!

Not fit for a winter's stay
The property needs a TON of upgrades!! I spoke to the owner at check-in & she advised that there were extra blankets. Little did I know that the front of the house would feel like a FREEZER! You couldn't enjoy the front room without your coat and several blankets. On one of the coldest weekends in Dallas, the indoor temps never went above 49 degrees. Due to the space, a small space heater would not have helped heat the areas. The owners need to put better heating sources in the house. The front "door" is full of holes which contributes to the cold air seeping in from outside. In addition to that, the farm door does not lock from the inside. The owner stated she hadn't had any problems with the door not being locked overnight but imagine the fear that 7 women felt when told they couldn't lock the door from the inside! I had to purchase a chain and lock that they could use to secure the door from the inside. The house isn't in the safest neighborhood, which was another reason for alarm. The majority of the area is under construction and that leads to a large number of homeless people wandering in the area looking for a place to sleep. I wouldn't recommend walking in the area let alone leaving that door unlocked overnight. It's great for a daytime barbeque but I wouldn't dare stay overnight without some major upgrades. I made several calls to the owners without any return calls. I received texts to ask us to turn the water on for a slow drip, but that's it.

The renovation of the warehouse was featured on CNBC's Cash Pad in 2019 and the interior design was done by The Bachelorette's Season 13, Jojo Fletcher, her fiancé Jordan Rodgers and the amazing design and build team with CNBC.

The Cedars neighborhood is nestled less than a mile from the Dallas City Center and conveniently located close to the Dallas Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. The Deep Ellum entertainment district is less than 2 miles away and both Love Field and DFW airports are accessible by DART Rail (public rail transit) with the Cedars Station only 4 blocks away. Full City Rooster Coffee Roasting Studio is about a block away and Texas BBQ is available at Terry Blacks! There's an awesome bar called Lee Harvey's in walking distant from Luxeware House! Fun live music and great drinks!

The warehouse is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in a unique and luxurious space that is fully climate controlled. The chef inspired kitchen, dining and living spaces embrace the industrial look and feel of the building's 1940's munitions factory origin.

The beds feature Purple® mattresses that are sure to provide a good night's sleep. The master suite has an adjustable king size bed with a private bath and claw-foot tub while the "bunkhouse" bedroom features four queen sized beds (stacked as bunk beds!). The second bathroom is actually two bathrooms in one, with two showers, two toilets and a large trough style sink.

The living areas are designed for groups of friends or small retreats with two super comfy leather couches, large 65" LED 4K TV with AppleTV and a large dining table for group meals and meetings. There is also a ping pong table and several board games as well.

Full laundry facilities compliment the many other amenities of the Luxe Warehouse. If you need an iron or a steamer, it's also available in the laundry room.
