Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The smart Roku TV with Vizio sound bar sit above an electric fireplace. The TV gives you access to all your steaming services. The full kitchen gives you the option to cook, or with the central location you can choose from the many nearby restaurants and bars. There is an awesome queen sized bed and large bathroom with a shower. The desk and monitor gives you the ability to work during your stay.

This rental is comfortable, clean and modern. The photos of the property are accurate and the neighborhood is in a quiet, middle-class area near the center of Brighton and convenient to other communities north of Denver. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s a very nice property!

Perfect Stay

These units are very clean with all amenities needed for a short or long stay. Located very close to the Denver airport and just minutes away from Hwy 85. Close to grocery stores and in a quiet, calm area. Communication with the host was timely and helpful- would definitely recommend this stay!

Cozy and quiet studio

My husband and I stopped here overnight on a long road trip to California, and it was a great spot to rest and refresh. Everything was nice and clean, check-in was easy, no complaints here. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and I especially liked that this was our first glimpse of the mountains after driving for days through the Midwest.

The check in was easy. They communicated very well. I loved how it was remodeled. Very cozy. The bathroom has a heat fan in it. Loved that on those cold Colorado mornings. Will stay again.

Pictures don't do it justice! Large space, everything you need, great location. Quite area. Had small issues come up during stay. All were addressed immediately! We will return when going back to the area. Highly recommend staying with this property owner.

Peaceful and quaint

I was pleased with the accommodations for the two of us! Clean throughout, the full size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was actually well prepped but we were there for a Graduation Party 15 minutes away. Shower was stock with my favorite shampoo, quite by accident. I would stay here again and do highly recommend this VRBO. Our host was quick to answer any questions that I had.

Location!

My stay was great! Location was convenient to major highways, stores, restaurants, and etc. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe as I was able to walk around to exercise, get proper rest, and even work remotely. The location is also great if planning to tour, as I did around Denver, Colorado Springs, and other surrounding cities. The host was responsive and answered any questions I had. The place itself was clean, comfy, updated and offered free parking. I would recommend anyone considering staying here and I would come back to visit.

Cozy stay, great location, great host

I had a pleasant stay with a great location and a beautiful unit, complemented by satisfying amenities. However, I encountered some minor inconveniences that I let get the best of my patience sometimes, like the code not working, a shower curtain that kept falling, challenges with the heater due to freezing temperatures, and an internet outage. Despite these issues, the manager was quick to respond and very accommodating, making the overall experience positive. I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stay. I will definitely stay here when I come back.
