Cozi Basement Suite 15 min away from Denver Downtown

Welcome to our Costa Rican Casa! 1b/1b private basement suite (+ private entrance) with fenced in backyard. Comfortably sleeps 2 but more are welcome. House is 3 minutes from I25-- 15 from Downtown Denver, 20 from Boulder.

Washer/dryer in unit and reserved parking spaces. There is a partial kitchenette: microwave, air fryer, hot/cold coffee brewer, utility sink, and full sized refrigerator. Enjoy the back patio and yard. Stocked with snacks/drinks for arrival!

House was converted into duplex - Owners occupy main unit, Vrbo in basement. Ring doorbell for safety. We are very responsive hosts.

You will enter through backside of house through keypad entry door. The stairs lead straight down to your basement suite!

You will find 1 bedroom, with queen bed, off to the right next to bathroom. There is a living room space with TV. A desk and printer are available for you to use. To the left there is a utility room with washer/dryer. We keep extra kid items here such as blow up ball pit, play pen and high chair upon request. There is also a kitchenette area with island seating. If you would like more guests to stay we have an air mattress for your use.

Amenities include:
Self check-in, assigned parking spots, kitchenette, coffee and tea, WiFi, flat-screen TV with streaming services, desk/printer board games, work out equipment upon request (rower, box, barbell + free weights) and fenced back yard. We supply Costa Rican coffee for coffee machine as it is a staple in our household. 420 friendly. We ask you smoke outside.
