Brand new house built in 2022 nestled beside a peaceful creek! Take in gorgeous mtn views while hanging around our fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub! Whether you are coming to hike and explore, visit the cozy town of Black Mountain, or see all Asheville has to offer, we hope you feel at home with us!

-15 minutes to ASHEVILLE
-10 minutes to BLACK MTN
-25 minutes to BILTMORE
-18 minutes to GROVE PARK INN
-10 minutes to BLUE RIDGE PKWAY
The space
ENTRY
When you pull up to our home, there is a driveway with parking for 2 cars. You are also welcome to park on the street if needed. Enter the house through the beautiful front porch with an access code provided upon booking.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
When entering our home, you will walk into the cozy living room with a picture window facing the mountains. The living room leads into the eat-in kitchen. We have a portable high chair for your little ones if needed. The kitchen is equipped with ample pots, pans, and utensils for those who love to cook. We also have a coffee maker and toaster.

UPSTAIRS PORCH
Right off the kitchen is a back porch with rocking chairs. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the babbling brook in the backyard. The back porch also has a gas grill.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Exiting the kitchen area, you'll find the primary bedroom featuring a King-sized bed. This room has nightstands with USB lamps, a full-length mirror, and blackout curtains. We have a pack 'n play provided in the closet if needed. A full bathroom is across from the primary bedroom with a tub and a shower.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING
When you walk downstairs, you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a downstairs living area. The living area has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV, a Pac-man arcade, and board games. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and 2 bunk beds. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with nightstands and USB lamps. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

There is a full bathroom downstairs with a tub and shower. The washer and dryer are included in the bathroom.

DOWNSTAIRS PORCH AND BACKYARD
Lastly, there is a side porch off the downstairs living area which leads to the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Feel free to enjoy the hot tub with any bath towels provided. Please make sure to put cover back on after use. We hope you enjoy time around the fire with friends and family while gazing at the stars under the twinkling market lights!

Everything planned ahead of time. They sent instructions over the app and also printed on the property. We got a welcome gift and the house was well organized and clean. Loved the house, the fire pit and the hot tube. Great experience!

We had a great stay! We booked a one night stay but would definitely come back for a longer stay. We had 5 adults in our party and had plenty of space. A couple of us got up the next morning and took a walk in the area and on the nature trail. You can hear the sound of the stream from the back deck. Restaurants with live music nearby. Next time, we hope to be able to take advantage of the fire pit and hot tub. Thank you for providing such an inviting space.

The home was absolutely beautiful and such a perfect space for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding! The only thing to note is that the owner does charge if a bear gets into the trash—which feels a bit out of anyone’s control. To be safe, we made sure to take all of our trash with us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The property was nearly as expected but slightly less than average at best. There was lots of trash; plastic bottles and cups, cigarette butts and broken glass in the yard and parking areas. The grill was too filthy to use and the hammock was also and moldy which can possibly be due to the weather but should have been checked and cleaned prior to our arrival. Some of the main larger windows had no curtains or blinds which was quite unnerving.

Great Place to Gather

A group of friends gathered here before a workshop we were all attending. It was a wonderful place to meet up--convenient to Black Mountain and Swannanoa, plenty of sleeping options, comfortable places to sit and chat, and a nicely decorated, clean environment. Communication from the host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Much needed R&R

From the first communication to the smallest detail, this property was an amazing experience. Jaclyn was quick to respond, provided all the details that we needed, and paid attention to small details. Our group used this property after the Blue Ridge Relay. Perfect cottage for a visit

We stopped in for a 2 night stay otw to Gatlinburg and what a cute house! Very clean, decor was super cute, pics of house seemed small but actually very spacious for our family of 5. Check in was easy, communication fast and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable updated cottage

The cottage was perfect for our one night stay in Asheville after spending several days in Lake Lure. The entire place is updated and welcoming with extra details to welcome guests. My only comment that left us surprised was the surrounding area was not what we were expecting. There were no problems and our stay was perfect otherwise!

Just-right everything

From the start the communication was effortless and immediate. Jaclyn, the host, goes above and beyond to welcome you, make instructions clear and offer assistance in every way. The home is clean, private and well appointed. Certain lovely touches made it feel like a fancy spa. The location is perfect, very near Asheville and everything it has to offer, situated close to Black Mountain, one mile for a grocery store and in a walkable, clean neighborhood. We had seven people in the house and we were all comfortable and had plenty of space. Would definitely return, given the chance!

Great place to relax

The house is great. I love the layout. Can handle many people without feeling like you are tripping on each other. We had two families get together for a much needed vacation. The kids had a blast. Host is great! All check marks, level 5. Stay here and you will have a great time. We will back!

The property is very nicely updated and well maintained. I had a couple questions and the owners responded within minutes. The location was perfect - right in between Asheville and Black Mountain. Would definitely return.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our creekside cottage is brand new and has everything you could want in a vacation home! It truly has a mountain feel while being close to all of Asheville's main attractions. We love its location on the East side of Asheville where you can easily access Black Mountain, a cute and quaint town with lots of good food and shopping. We're close to the Blue Ridge Parkway where you can access endless hiking trails and scenic views. Our home is tucked away in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a community library and park. There are lots of neighborhood events and festivals you are welcome to partake in!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of our favorite things about the home is sipping hot coffee on the back porch in the mornings while enjoying the sounds of the creek flowing. We also love the fire pit at night with twinkling market lights all around you underneath the stars. Also in our backyard is a nature trail along the creek you can explore. Take in mountain views to the left and right of the house as you hang out in the backyard or back porch!
