This was a fantastic stay. Beautiful location and perfect for our purposes. We ended up getting there early and she was able to get us in about 45 min earlier than she originally planned. The place was nicely cleaned and the check-in and out process was very easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy spot!

This is a cozy little space that was absolutely perfect for our overnight Long Island stay. Cute, well decorated, and the host has put a lot of thought into providing every little comfort.

Hotel in a house

The host was great and helped me to feel comfortable before and during the stay as my brother traveled 13 hours to spend Thanksgiving with me. He said the host was friendly and the place was immaculate! I will be signing up to stay there again!

Great stay

Very cute room with bathroom. Location was great: right off the LIE making it easy to get anywhere. Check-in was smooth. Host was wonderful. We stayed with two small dogs and there were dog biscuits in the room when we arrived!

Cozy is the code word for tiny! Room for only a double bed and a TV stand, micro fridge and microwave. No seating space available. No closet. Bathroom was adequate. Bed was less than adequate
 cheap linens. Although very nice towels!

Exactly as described. Well appointed room with warm cozy feel. Bed was comfortable and the shower was huge. Neighborhood very quiet and I met the host and she was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely rent again.

Just as advertized

This property is nicely located in a clean residential area on a dead end block. I needed a inexpensive place for a few nights and was very pleased with my choice. Driveway parking, easy access, nice touches inside including kureg coffee pot and coffee, a fridge, toiletries, large bathroom and shower made this a great place to stay.

The communication with the owner was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The rate was much better than hotels in the area. The property was close to the airport and within walking distance to the train station. I wasn't completely comfortable walking to the train station along a fairly busy street that had no sidewalks.

Cozy Rental on Long Island

Very nicely done property on Long Island, literally minutes off of the LIE. Bed was very comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet, hosts also very quiet. This location was ideal and very cute. Tall ceiling helped to make it feel larger than just one room. Loved the large walk-in shower. Host was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and very accommodating regarding late night check-in. Highly recommend and will consider this location first for our next trip to LI.

Very clean, homie and cozy

Me and my wife were very impressed with the room. You get your private entrance and communication with property manager was very smooth. Our flight arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in earlier. Room and bathroom are very nice and we would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Everything was very smooth and location was great for us. Again thank you for hosting us and being very welcoming to our first New York adventure.

Comfy and cozy

Jennifer and her husband were great hosts very attentive and friendly. The room was just as described in. My very favorite part of the stay was the bathroom beautifully done with hotel like amenities, large, owalk in shower with the waterfall sink. The entrance was very secure, a fence and a fence with a code lock on the door that is also automatic in case you forget to lock it. The Internet was fair but all in all it was a lovely stay.

Awesome Rest Spot

We stayed here for one night & it was perfect! Husband is usually standoff-ish to “stay in someone’s house” but this bedroom/bathroom was completely private, including private fencing. The host sent us detailed information the day of regarding parking & misc info. TV in the room as well, so that was a perk. There’s also a keurig if you wanted to bring your own k-cups. Overall it was clean, simple, and way more promising than having stayed at a hotel for more space. Even the location it’s in was great - a nice neighborhood not directly off the expressway, but still a minute away!
