Hi! Iâm Daniil, a real estate developer in Richmond, Virginia with a passion for transforming how people live, work, and play. In February of 2020, I launched four vacation rentals in my mini boutique hotel, Eileen. We just launched a new wing of Eileen in the neighboring building who we call Eileen East, who boasts 6 more luxurious vacation rentals. Myself and my team believe in a guest-centered experience where hospitality comes first â we canât wait to host you!

Eileen East is a sister property to our mini boutique hotel next door, Eileen. After years of hosting and falling in love with what we do, we decided to expand our vacation rentals to this brand new building. We now host 10 short term rentals on the best block in the neighborhood and are delighted to provide you with luxurious and amenity-rich spaces.

There's a juice bar and a yoga studio on the first floor, a famous bakery (Sub Rosa) across the street, and award-winning restaurants, city views, and much more all within a few blocks. You'll get a quaint, downtown neighborhood that's just a short trip away from the hustle and bustle of city center. Parking is usually a breeze as well! If driving and exploring the city is more your style, we're close to all the major highways and only 5-10 minutes from downtown proper -- 20 minutes max to other Richmond favorites like the Fan and the Museum District.
- Modern Luxury: We hate to do this to you, but you're never going to want to leave! Each apartment at Eileen East is fully appointed and unique. You'll find leathered granite, mood-board-worthy tile, gorgeous fixtures, and comfortable but stylish décor. We tried to think of everything to make your stay an absolute delight.
- Concierge-like support: Our team is guest-centered and always prepared to assist you during your stay. Restaurant recommendations? CHECK! Need directions? DONE. Confused about the thermostat? Just let us know -- we've ALWAYS got you covered!
