Very clean and comfortable home with all the amenities in here. The host was extremely responsive very easy to communicate with. Great stay!

I enjoyed the stay. There was a lingering smell that seemed to be coming from the laundry room sink. Other than that I enjoyed the home. The host was very communicative and friendly.

Perfect home base for family visiting!

I had family visiting for my daughter's wedding and this home was perfect. One level, with air conditioning! Great backyard to enjoy the cool summer evenings. The homeowners were great to work with. I'll be recommending this spot to anyone who asks if I know a place to rent in the East Bay.

Great Stay!

The house if very spacious! We had a large group and there was enough room for all of us. Check in was easy and the host answered all of our questions right away.

Beautiful home

I book this house as a get away for my gf and I and a few of her friends and the house is gorgeous. The property is super clean, all the amenities provided were fresh, and the house smelled wonderful upon walking in. The backyard is also lovely and the perfect size to relax, sit down and maybe even have a glass of wine. Overall our stay here was amazing, 10/10 would definitely book this place again in the future.

Nice place

House was clean and roomy. Backyard could have been kept up a little better. This is more about VRBO and not the property: According to the owners, VRBO doesn’t have a way to distinguish between a bed and an air mattress. VRBO considers an air mattress a bed. That’s incorrect and deceptive. Another company similar to VRBO changed their policy 4 years ago but VRBO lags. We were not aware of this when we booked and somebody went home because the air mattress was very uncomfortable. The 7 beds advertised here are actually 6 beds and an air mattress. The owner has since updated the listing with a clarification in the fine print. VRBO needs to be more honest.
