Plus, easy travel distance to restaurants, wineries, breweries and additional lakes/beaches in this award-winning region.

The space:
As you enter the double front doors, you’ll be greeted by a convenient bench & coat hanging/shoe area and a door to the 4 (four) car garage is immediately to your left.

Living Spaces:
Moving to the “Upper” Level you will find the large, newly renovated kitchen with 2 (two) islands to your left with the dining room and living room just beyond that. Dining room with a large round table and living room with a large leather sectional looks out to the panoramic views of Rennie Lake. Comfortable furnishings in a nautical design will invite you to have a drink, spend time with family & friends and have wonderful food. On the left side of the home, you will also have a ½ bath, 1 (one) bedroom and the laundry room with new washer & dryer (all linens and towels are provided.). You are able to exit from the dining room to the lakefront deck with a new grill for cooking. The lakefront deck spans the length of the home. There is an outside table which seats up to 8 (eight) people for an alfresco meal as well.

On the “Upper level” when heading right, you will find another bedroom, one full bathroom, an office, and the Master Suite with boosts an on-suite full bathroom, large walk-in closet and provides French Door access to the house’s lakefront deck.

Additional sleeping for two people with queen air mattress in the office/den.

Outdoor Spaces:
You will find the outside of the home will be just as inviting as the inside. On the back of the house, you’ll have your own stretch of beautiful Rennie Lake with a firepit which can be gathered around to make s’mores and have wonderful conversations. Perhaps just as exciting, this house features a synthetic lawn turf areas which is surrounded by beautiful stone.

This is truly an all-season home – a scenic road will guide you to “The Lake House”. Adjacent to the scenic road is a state-owned property which provides you trails for hiking, snowmobiling, show shoeing, Jeeping and 4x4 riding. Rennie Lake is a private All-Sports Lake which is about 238 acres in size.

House is weekly rental only (Sunday-Sunday) during June, July & August.
