Enough room to park your boat in the driveway, if needed. Close to downtown St Petersburg, Dunedin, & Tampa.

Host was very accommodating, we arrived early in the day and was able to enter the home a few hours early. House was clean, could use some dish towels and pot holders. We loved that there were paper products, and coffee supplies.

Convenient Location and Clean

The property was conveniently located for the beach and shopping. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay with your family while in Tampa Area.

The house was clean and as the pictures shown. The pool was my kids favorite. They spent hour entertaining themselves in it. It was a nice place close to what we wanted. The neighbors we saw were friendly. The location is 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach, 40 minutes from Bush Gardens, Zoo and the airport. I would rent again.

Comfortable stay

Overall it was a good stay, nice rooms, very nice bathroom in the primary bedroom and great amenities. The only inconvenience was the number of spiders in the pool area.

The pool screen of the main door was broken making the mosquito come in, and the master bedroom bathroom window screen was also broken, other than that I felt like the neighbors in the front was always looking at us, didn’t feel comfortable.

Absolutely love this rental, we’ve been using VRBO for several years, going on vacation 3 times a year. This is definitely one of my favorite. Central location to all of the things we love to do in this area so that made it very convenient for us. Pool was nice. House was perfect for family of five, host was very quick to respond when we had questions about the pool vacuum. Loved that we could have our fur baby with us too. Definitely would recommend, definitely plan on coming again. Thanks a bunch!

Family Vacation 2024

This home was amazing and only 12mins away from Clearwater Beach Game room, it was very spacious and a screened in pool. Would definitely come back to this home if its available next time in town.

Clearwater heaven

The place was within minutes from the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, pool table, ping pong, and soccer ball tables. It was spacious and accommodated six people.

Family vacation

This property is centrally located to hit the busy beaches and shops of Clearwater or the more secluded beaches of Indian Rocks, both 15 min drive. The house is spacious and clean. The pool was a little cool for December/January but we still made use of it.

Very Happy with Rental

Our family had a great stay. The pool was in excellent condition. Could use a few more kitchen supplies for cooking, food prep and storage but had all the basics. The home was very clean. We had a small problem with a leak in the kitchen but the owner was very responsive in addressing it. Would book again!

Week long Family Trip in February

Communication was great and check-in was easy. The location is great. The house was clean and worked great for what we needed and the price was spot on. The kids loved the pool! Only complaint I have it that it should be noted that the only bedroom that has a TV is the master bedroom. Also the 2nd bathroom could really use some updating, the shower was difficult for my 11/12 year and my mother/father in law to get to work. I would definitely stay again.

All was fine

All was fine except the 2nd bathroom. The shower set was broken and instead of top shower most of the water was flowing feom The faucet at the bottom. So we had to use only master bathroom. As a family and were tome consuming. Other then that all was fine and the pool was alao good. Thanks

Big Family Space with 100 Amenities!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Host was also able to accommodate a bit of an early check in as we were landing really early in the AM. We were a party of 7, and there was ample room for everyone, and then some. The kids definitely got A LOT of use of the pool and game room. (As did the adults.)The fully stocked kitchen and large dining room were definitely a bonus for us. Especially since we did not want to have to rely on take out for an entire week. We cooked or BBQ'd 6/7 days we stayed and all we needed to buy were a pair of scissors. Pots, pans, containers, platters... you name it this home had it. Location for us was perfect. 30-45 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the beach. Nice quiet area is great for walks too.The only MINOR thing that would make this a 4.99 star instead of 5 would be that the tub's anti-slip mat was dirty underneath. We never used the tub to sit in, but just in case, we used the on-site cleaning supplies to give it a scrub and then all was well again. Place qas very clean besides that. Will definitely be staying here again if we plan another trip to the Tampa area.
