TrÚs bien situé, parfait pour une escapade à la plage !!!
Belle maison avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Nouvellement installĂ© 44 bains thermaux thĂ©rapeutiques. Contient les commoditĂ©s de base (y compris les serviettes de plage) et une belle cour clĂŽturĂ©e avec des plantes tropicales et un nouveau gril Ă  gaz. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxiĂšme chambre est queen et la troisiĂšme chambre est queen. Le canapĂ©-lit dans le salon est de taille queen. Tout est nouvellement rĂ©novĂ©. Internet haut dĂ©bit WiFi 100 Mbits / s, y compris les nouvelles tĂ©lĂ©visions intelligentes dans toutes les chambres et le salon (avec Roku TV, Netflix, Sling TV avec chaĂźnes sportives). Seulement environ 5 min. conduire Ă  la plage de Madeira, Indian Rocks Beach. La maison a deux vĂ©los pour adultes et pour votre plaisir, le sentier des Pinellas est une excellente recommandation pour le vĂ©lo! Il y a Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Rocks, Clearwater et Saint-PĂ©tersbourg avec des sports nautiques Ă  gogo et la pĂȘche. Le musĂ©e Salvador Dali Ă  Saint-PĂ©tersbourg est Ă  environ 25 minutes. Visitez le parc LegoLand, le parc aquatique LegoLand et le jardin Busch. Beaux parcs avec vue sur les lacs et le golfe. À quelques heures de route des parcs d'Orlando (Disney World, Sea World, Epcot ...)

This home is the perfect tropical oasis. The neighborhood was quiet and close to so many places. We enjoyed the backyard and the beautiful patio and hot tub were used every day. It was a little chilly for the pool but the hot tub more than made up for that. The house had everything we could possibly need and was very clean. The beaches were close and great with the chairs that were in the garage. Will definitely want to stay there again.

Our host was the best. She responded so quickly and so well to any question or issue we had . We accidentally arrived a day early and thankfully it was not booked. The host ( Ramona ) was so great. She made sure everything was ready even with 3 hours notice. She helped with the address of a pharmacy on our way down that was closest to the rental and even accommodated my “need” to have the golf channel. The house was as described and matched the posted photos. The backyard was amazing. And the house spacious. Great stay!

Super clean, great location, INCREDIBLE backyard, and well stocked kitchen! Only gripe is the bathrooms ... There's zero counter space which makes getting ready a bit challenging. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Background: We are locals that stayed at the property for a few days while we had work done on our home. What was great:This house is well maintained and VERY clean. I personally prefer a clean house to a modern one so that was great to see how clean it was. The rooms are super spacious which is great if you have family or pets. You certainly don’t feel on top of each other. There is ample closet space for luggage. The pool and spa was also clean and well maintained. The area is quiet and safe. The house is less than a mile to the newer Seminole Mall. There are great places to eat there and a movie theater with a full service restaurant. Also close to a Walmart if supplies are needed and close to the beach without being on the beach. What could have been better:There is a lot of decor that could be tables or more useful furniture. Again I stayed there during the work week and I WFH. There was one tiny desk in the living room to utilize. The couches need refreshing. They are very soft to the point of causing back pain to sit on them too long. One of the bedrooms is an addition and does not have the best AC flow. It was very warm during our stay. I would say there’s a good 5 degree difference to the rest of the house. Overall this is a great place to stay for a family that wants to be close to the beach, have a lot of space and a pool to use during your stay. The house is super clean, safe and the host left a box of Ferraro Roche chocolates.

Excellent home!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. Host was awesome, great communication and even left us a welcome card and box of chocolates when we arrived. Hot tub & pool were awesome too. Highly recommend!!

Great vacation rental

This house was a comfortable stay for our family of four. The beds were comfortable. Backyard was wonderful. We used the hot tub every day and it was so nice to cool off in the pool. Kitchen was stocked well enough so we were able to cook in a few nights. Basic spices were there and a good selection of pots/pans. Fabulous location. 6 min to Madeira beach. Would highly recommend.

My parents, boyfriend, and I absolutely loved our stay here! It was very clean, roomy, and a great location. The beach was just a few short minutes away, shopping near, as well as grocery stores. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, as well as the fruit tree being one of our favorite things about this home. We will definitely be returning!

Home away from home

Stayed for a week with my 3 daughters and our pup. The house was exactly as described, perfect for us! Everything we needed was there, Including stuff to take to the beach. Grocery and shopping was a short drive down the road. Beds were very comfortable and inviting after a long day at the beach. Accessing the house was easy, although I did struggle trying to lock the door when we would leave. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed when we took a break from the beach. One of the best rentals my family has ever used! Will absolutely be staying again with my family, and have told my friends to get ready for a girls trip!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely time here. Very Clean, communicative owner, nice towels, chairs for the beach, beach towels. The shade by the fruit trees in the back and front yard are nice. Location was central for our fishing hubbies and for us beach goers. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Best of everything!!

We are Florida locals (about 1.5hrs from this rental) and booked this property for 4 nights to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. Our plan was to enjoy Madeira Beach, Johns Pass, fishing and lots of fun shopping and dining and we were not disappointed! The house is SO close to everything we wanted! Location is just perfect and the house was clean, spacious, great WIFI when we wanted to settle in and watch movies but the star of the property is the backyard. It was like a different world! So many different trees from mangos, banana, lychee fruit and many more surrounding the perfectly crystal clear pool and very large jacuzzi. Biggest of any rental we have stayed. Everything we needed was there in perfect working order and if that wasn't enough to love, Ramona was such a gracious and accommodating host! She responded quickly to my questions and made our stay so much more enjoyable with her wonderful personality and hospitality. I loved everything about this property and will definitely be booking here again!
