Le "Purple Pool House" a obtenu son nom car il a Ă©tĂ© peint en violet par le propriĂ©taire prĂ©cĂ©dent. Il a maintenant un style contemporain, dĂ©corĂ© dans des tons de gris avec un faux plancher en bois et des touches de couleur dans les Ɠuvres d'art, les oreillers et les rideaux. La maison a sa propre terrasse et piscine privĂ©e et se trouve sur 1. 3 acres qu'elle partage avec 2 autres maisons privĂ©es. Il y a un feu de camp communautaire, beaucoup de terres pour divertir les enfants ou les animaux domestiques, Ă  distance de marche du centre de loisirs Largo, des parcs, du parcours de golf d'East Bay et Ă  seulement 15 minutes d'Indian Rocks Beach et de Sand Key Beach.

Just what we needed

The purple house was in a great l location; clean with comfy beds and good WiFi. Nearby Eagle lake park was a great place for a walk!

Great place!

This was a great place to stay in the Indian Beach/Largo area. The house was neat and clean when we arrived and Anne (our host) was extremely accommodating and responsive to our questions during our stay.

So shocked about the 4 stars! When asked how the stay was going this guest said they loved the house. We are very surprised to get such wonderful comments and only a 4 star review. Not sure what we could have done better.

The purple pool house stay

We loved our stay here! This house isn't large, or fancy, or new but it is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet; there is a grocery store in less than 2 miles on back roads; there are 2 beautiful parks a short walk away, and the pool was just so lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

The Purple Pool House was everything we were looking for! The pool was refreshing, the house was the perfect size for what our little family needed and the host was amazing with communication! We loved it and will likely be back!

Great pool house!

This VRBO was great for an extended weekend in the area. It was a great central location that made it easy to go to St. Pete, Clearwater, or Tampa. Checking in and out was easy and there was an open communication from the host if anything was needed but our stay was perfect! The pool was the cherry on top of the house as it was nice to have with the hot weather. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to this part of FL.

A Great Stay with a Great Pool!

The property was clean and easy to locate, and the decor and home was stylish and thoughtfully stocked with things like a few extra toiletries and beach towels. The pool was generously sized and clean, and provided hours and hours of entertainment for our whole family of six! The couch was also very comfortable, and we were able to sleep six with ease. Overall, a great experience and we would happily book again if we find ourselves in the area!

Spacious and clean

Clean, updated and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Great communication with owner. We will be back!

February in Largo

Anne and Bruce were Wonderful hosts. The house is very nice! Loved the decorating.. I spent a lot of time out on the deck around the pool. The only negative thing I can say about it is I wish it had a washer and dryer on the premises. Had a wonderful month there.

Although we do have shared laundry facilities for all guests to use, we do plan to add a washer and dryer for the private use of the Purple Pool House guests in the near future!

70th birthday

Perfect location for going to Tampa and all of the beaches, plus shopping and attractions. Then come back to quiet time at house. Loved listening to the whippoorwill each night. The best spot if you want to be away from chaos of hotels and tourists. Will stay there again. Mom and pop businesses to support near purple house. Had donuts from local shop, so good. Owners were fabulous and they are around if you need them. No complaints.

Our home away from home

It was our second time at the purple house. We love it! We loved the upgrades, the new laundry area right by the pool is great. The house was spot clean. The highlight of the house is the pool, the kids loved it. We had a lot of fun. Beds were very comfortable. It is nice to have 3 tvs. We were there for five days, it rained a lot and the pool could have used a vacuum after the third day, but I believe it was because the rain. We p’an to be back because we lived Indian Rocks and Saint Pete beach,

Largo house

Very strong musty mildew smell throughout house. Water heater was leaking and bacteria growing in overflow pan in utility closet. I would not recommend this property.

Guests like these are rare, fortunately. The second day Debra was there she sent me 20 photos of the house showing wear and tear and threatened to post them on VRBO. We asked to meet with her and asked how we can resolve any issues she has. They made unreasonable claims and wanted to leave so we agreed to refund them. It's unfortunate that she feels the need to try to hurt a small family-owned business. She did not notify us that the water heater had leaked, but once we discovered this, we replaced the water heater same day! Problem solved. A new guest checked in same day and had a great experience. Guests love our Purple House! We take pride in being hands-on and want our guests to have great memories here, as you can see from our recent 5 star reviews!

Wintering in central Florida

My wife and I stayed here for 7 weeks this past winter. The hosts were amazing. They were there for anything we needed. The location was probably the biggest plus for us staying at this location. We were within very short driving distance to everything around us. Even a drive to Sarasota wasn't that far. I knew this vrbo was cheaper than others we had looked at, but we were able to spend more money on other things instead of a lot on lodging. There were some things that weren't top notch, but then the cost was only an average of $150/day. The laundry situation was so so. It was outdoors in a storage shelter. Older people wouldn't want to navigate that. Traffic in the early mornings, on weekdays, was noisy since this house is situated on a busy intersection. We did not use the pool. It was too cold while we were there. There is no dishwasher. But, the house has been renovated. It's cozy. We had some room to entertain as long as we could use the back deck. It was a good place for a low cost. It's a small house, so spending most of the time there would get old. Fortunately, we had decent weather and we did a lot of outdoor activities in the sports complex nearby and we did a lot of day trips. The best part of our stay were the hosts. We love this area of Florida.

Beyond Expected

First off the property manager was the BEST more then helpful The home was IMMACULLATE including the pool and outdoors. There is nothing I can say negative about this rental or manager. We hope to move to FL but until it happens are trips to FL to visit our daughter and family our 1st choice to stay again will be HERE.

Really nice place and good deal for family

This was a really good value for us. Good location and layout for family with a 1 and 3 year old to sleep in opposite ends of the house. Pool area was real nice.
