ABOUT THE VILLA

This townhome has beachfront views of the Pacific Ocean and is less than fifty steps to an amazing white sand beach. The property features a spacious living area, dining and kitchen area with full bathroom on the first level. The second level features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an incredible ocean views, king bed, en-suite master bathroom and oversized covered balcony. The spacious guest bedroom features 1 queen bed and 1 full bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



There is a washer/dryer as well as Wi-Fi, Cable, A/C throughout. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket. The townhome is stocked with other items for your personal use such as beach towels, hair dryer, iron and more!



The Palms has 24-hour security, gated privacy, a large BBQ area, a gym and two pools. 24-hour staff within the complex allows visitors English speaking contacts no matter the hour or day. Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.
