La Beach House sur Playa Flamingo est une maison en bord de mer centrée sur la plage de sable blanc la plus prestigieuse et la plus vierge de la côte pacifique nord du Costa Rica. Cette maison de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain, peut facilement accueillir 10 personnes et plus. Veuillez lire nos avis!

Être au centre de cette plage donne à notre emplacement unique un accès inégalé à Flamingo Beach et une vue sur les îles et les couchers de soleil toute l'année. Vous avez également la possibilité de marcher sur la plage jusqu'au Flamingo Village. Réveillez-vous au son doux du surf, asseyez-vous sur le pont et versez-vous une tasse de café costaricien frais et regardez les enfants jouer sur la plage ou dans la piscine. Bien que de nombreuses locations dans la région prétendent être sur ou à Playa Flamingo, la plupart ne le sont pas. Il n'y a qu'une seule plage Flamingo et nous sommes au centre!

Nous vous proposons les services d'un cuisinier à plein temps à votre convenance pour un tarif très raisonnable qui lui est directement attribué. Le menu du cuisinier à la maison comprend tout d'une variété de plats locaux du Costa Rica
plats et favoris nord-américains à différentes façons de griller le poisson que vous avez pêché ce jour-là sur notre barbecue. Elle est également heureuse de vous apprendre à préparer
Tortillas faites maison! Tout ce que vous payez, c'est l'épicerie et son tarif hebdomadaire.
Et… si cela ne suffit pas, la salle à manger «Toes in the sand» de Coco Loco est là avec un menu et une ambiance en second lieu seulement à nous.

Profitez d'être en bord de mer sur Flamingo Beach avec une piscine privée et un bar / cuisine de piscine extérieure tropicale et un barbecue. Profitez de notre connexion Internet sans fil et des appels téléphoniques internationaux gratuits tout en profitant de vos collations, repas, boissons et événements sportifs majeurs au bord de la piscine. Ou laissez le monde derrière vous. Avec la plage à seulement quelques pas, vous pouvez profiter de votre boisson fraîche sur le sable chaud. Vous êtes assez proche pour y retourner pour une recharge!



Nous avons conservé à l'étage l'ambiance «Pura Vida» du Costa Rica (vie pure) avec une variété de bois durs indigènes. En bas se trouve un salon spacieux avec centre de divertissement, une suite et deux chambres avec vue sur l'océan, une grande salle de bains et douche pour les invités, un plafond en teck, un espace bureau avec un bureau, un ordinateur et une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit.

Le reste de la propriété comprend une cour arrière entourée d'une forêt tropicale idéale pour observer une variété d'animaux sauvages du Costa Rica tels que les singes hurleurs et de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux tropicaux, la flore et la faune.

Notre veilleur de nuit vous assure une bonne nuit de sommeil. Vu que c'est un
position quelque peu ennuyeuse dans notre quartier et Flamingo a sa propre sécurité
force, il se double d'un gardien de tortue et sur demande, vous réveillera si
ils viennent nicher devant la Beach House.
Sa spécialité est cependant de faire des feux de joie. Toute nuit que vous préférez, dites simplement
"Fogata" et attrapez vos guimauves ... il en aura un bon. Il est aussi notre
cueilleur de noix de coco en soirée, homme d'entretien et nettoie la piscine / le parc avant son départ le matin.

Flamingo possède également la plus grande flotte de pêche sportive, de voile, de plongée et de sports nautiques de la région avec du surf à proximité pour tout votre plaisir océanique. Au Beach House, nous pouvons vous aider à organiser tout, du transport, toutes les visites et activités aux massages personnels à la maison.

Nous louons seulement à un groupe à la fois. Vous aurez toujours la propriété entière pour vous. Flamingo Beach Village est à distance de marche où vous trouverez des restaurants, des épiceries, un salon, une discothèque, un casino, une pharmacie et des activités océaniques.

This was an amazing location. Right across from the beach and next to Coco Loco. It was the right house for our girls trip. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to be comfortable. We relaxed on the front porch in the mornings and had a nice sunset dinner at the outdoor table.Though we did have some issues with bugs and a screeching toilet, the maintenance guy and housekeeper addressed these issues immediately. We opted to have the personal chef one day for lunch hand dinner and her food was excellent. The ceviche was off the charts! We used Uber to get to our excursion to Tamarindo and walked to Margaritaville. The sunsets from this property were incredible. We loved the pool as an option to the ocean and appreciated the included floats, though we loved the warm ocean water. We rented beach chairs and bought fun drinks from a local vendor. There were also massages on the beach for a great price!Overall, our 4 night trip at Playa Casa was amazing and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Our family of 8, including a 10 month old baby had a wonderful week long stay. The staff is amazing! Jasmina cleans the house and gives you fresh towels daily. We hired the chef, Ivonne and her daughter, for breakfast and dinner..... absolutely amazing food made with care and love! She even made a beautiful and delicious flan for my twin daughter's birthday on the last night. We rented beach canopies from Walter that were set up each morning.There are beach chairs at the house or you can also rent loungers. The pool is clean and well maintained. The view from the front porch is epic! Great place for a family vacation!

This was the perfect place for our family! We could enjoy both the beach and the pool. The kids were aged from 2-11 and adults included the grandmother who loved having fun with them. We had Ivonne cook lunch and dinner and she was great. Not having to go out made it so nice. The kitchen is much too small too cook more than simple things like oatmeal for 10!!

Here are some positives from our trip in no particular order (we could think of alot more but I don't have enough characters in this box)!The house has a very plush feel. It is as pictured online. It is very nicely decorated with a high-end feel. Linens, towels, tiled showers with modern fixtures and glass enclosures, and even 2-ply toilet paper give guests a spa-like experience. Th pool area is exceptional and having a half bath by the pool is a real bonus. House location: To be in the center of beautiful Playa Flamingo is amazing. We would go back and forth from the beach to the pool area to use the restroom and grab drinks and snacks. It was so convenient. Walter (who operates his business next door) set up our beach canopy and chairs each morning directly across from the house. Ivonne was our amazing chef who we hired for the week. She has a true gift for cooking with fresh ingredients mixed with love. The menu selections were diverse, and Ivonne was flexible with our grandkids' likes and dislikes. Her daughter assists and they shop, cook, serve, and clean up...talk about a relaxing vacation! The food was better than you could get at most restaurants. Jasmina was our housekeeper and was on-site daily except Sundays. She was simply amazing, keeping the house spotless, taking care of any dishes, providing fresh towels each day, and providing other assistance as needed. We had her do our laundry once during the week. This was one of our best VRBO experiences ever!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our week at Casa Playa was great. The house and pool worked out well for our 3 generation’s family of 9. Ivonne’s cooking was excellent and Jasmina kept the house clean and orderly. Basically, we were spoiled! The beach is only steps away, but it’s a popular place (especially at sunset) and watching the cars trying to park and navigate the narrow road was interesting and entertaining. All-in-all, it was a vacation that we won’t soon forget!

The best location

Nice house on the beach with a great pool. The house keeper, Jasmina and the chef Yvonne made the stay wonderful. The view from the house was awesome. The house is a bit worn and but we would come back.

Treat yourself and hire Yvonne as your chef. Food is delicious. Jasmine keeps the house so fresh and clean. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and would not stay any where else. Yvonne and Jasmine are like gamilu.

Fantastic Place

The property is amazing!! The pool is cleaned frequently and very nice! The house keeper Jasmina and Ivonne the Chef are the best!! Place is very clean and food is amazing! Booked excursions with Jonas and they were great experiences. Everyone wants to come back.

Amazing Stay

All around excellent visit. Having Chey Ivonne support the weeks meals was the best addition to our trip. Catering to both local cuisine and young kids was a huge benefit. You can not beat the location and amenities of this spot. Overall, this stay proved to be one of our best experiences with rentals. Appreciate all the work and communication that went into it! :)

Absolutely magical

This house was absolutely perfect for us. There were 8 of us and the house accommodated us perfectly. I highly recommend enlisting the services of the house chef; we ate amazing meals with a beautiful view from the comfort of the house for almost very meal. The sunset view every evening from the deck is gorgeous. We cannot recommend this house enough.

Playa Casa

The house was great, but Jasmina, the housekeeper and Yvonne, the chef made the place amazing. We ate out a few times, but found Yvonne’s cooking to be much better! Jasmina kept the house immaculate every day, so we didn’t make our bed, set tables, cleaned off tables or do dishes. Our trip was a trip of a life time! The ocean was steps from our door, the pool was warm, and we were next door to a restaurant/ bar. Great location!

Couples Vacation

Overall the property was very clean and spacious. The location is right across the street from the beach and right next to the Coco Loco! The property manager Enis was so easy to communicate with. She replied promptly to any needs or questions. Jasmina kept the home clean and tidy. We ended up hiring the chef Yvonne and we do not regret it. We will be back!

Terrific Vacation in Costa Rica

Beach House Flamingo made for an absolutely fabulous vacation! We stayed 9 days. House was awesome, staff was professional, helpful and really terrific. Even with some language barriers we all made it through and it actually made it really fun (lots of laughs all around as we were communicating). We mostly ate at the house (cook was terrific!), but went out a couple of times and there are lots of options nearby that were all great. The owner also checked a couple of times to make sure things were going well. Highly Recommended!

Third trip to Playa Flamingo

Have already booked our fourth trip. Enis (property manager) was great to work with. Jasmine keep the place clean and was great to have around. Yvonne’s food was the best, and our child with celiac disease never ate better. We loved all of her food and never wanted to go out to eat. The location of the house was perfect. The sunsets were beautiful and the music at Coco Loco was great to enjoy from our deck. We rented a pop up and chairs for the beach from Walter. We used Jonas for transportation from the airport and rented golf carts for the house. Pura vida

70th Bday celebration

We were a group of 6, 3 brothers and their wives. We had a tremendous week! The location is fantastic! Steps to the beach and our own pool. We hired Evonne the chef and everyday was perfect. Enis the property manager suggested the services we used from set up on the beach to massages done on our terrace overlooking the ocean to the excursions we took with private transportation included. We fished and caught our dinner for several nights, hiked to the Leona Falls and white water rafted down the tenerio river. What a beautiful country and friendly helpful people. We loved every minute of it!

Location location location

This property is directly across from the beach and has the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The bedrooms are large and there’s plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The pool was a wonderful addition for us to be able to socially distance and still be outside enjoying the wonderful weather. Really the only thing about the property is that the kitchen in the house is not suitable to cook your own meals you really will need to go out to eat or hire the chef. But we would stay here again for sure it was a wonderful experience there were 10 of us for a week and a half and it was a good time.

Christmas break

We stayed the week before Christmas. The house had a great layout (we had early risers upstairs & late sleepers downstairs). The chef has her own space in the building next to the pool. The bathrooms were all renovated & so pretty. We loved having every meal overlooking the beach on the upstairs balcony. Yvonne was an amazing chef & the sweetest person. She & Yasmina made our trip so special. The location is great. The beach wasn’t crowded. It’s an easy walk to town to get ice cream or go shopping. We loved having our own pool as well. Jonas did a good job of arranging excursions for us as well as transportation to and from the airport. I miss being there!

Great stay & location

This stay was loved by all! My husband actually stayed here 13 years ago, the house has been remodeled nicely. We utilized the chef 4 of our 7 nights for dinner and had plenty of leftovers for lunch. Costa Rica (in my opinion, this was our third visit) is not a Foodie destination, however her food was fantastic!! We also went to Coco Loco (next door) and Patagonia Del Mar 9Both recommended and fantastic!) The housekeeper, Jasmine was so sweet with the kids who are learning Spanish, asking about numbers and colors, and kept the house tip-top. Lydia the house manager was always available to answer questions and wanted our feedback on the house when we left. Location- the best! You had a pool, then went through a yard gate, and you were on the beach in 15 feet. we highly recommend this home!

Great house and location

Highly recommended!! We (6 adults) spent 5 days at this villa last week. Enis (property manager) met us when we arrived and went through the entire house with us. She introduced us to Jasmina (daily cleaning) and Ivonne (chef). Jasmina kept the place immaculate and we hired Ivonne for three days. Every meal was delicious and her willingness to accommodate dietary needs was great. The house is very spacious, private pool very refreshing, beach access across the street is very convenient and Coco Loco restaurant next door for different cocktails and snacks was great. Doesn’t get much better than breakfast on the top porch looking at the beach or hors d’oeuvres in the afternoon with sunset. Looking forward to our next time in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!!

Best Vacation Ever!

Such a beautiful location, great for families! The sunset views are amazing! We loved playing with our grandsons in the beautiful pool and in the surf. So fun to see the manta rays playing in the waves, and being only steps away from the beach. Ivonne is a fabulous chef, we had absolutely delicious meals everyday! Jasmina kept this beautiful home meticulously clean, and both ladies were so incredibly sweet, and loved on our sweet boys so much, they felt like family! We so enjoyed our time getting to know them! They definitely put this property over the top of any place we’ve ever stayed! Alvaro, yourbestbeachconcierge, was our “go-to” guy for everything from beach chairs to hiking! Coco Locos next door has wonderful ceviche, and it was so nice to just run over and grab a cocktail anytime we wanted! This vacation was so much more than just a beautiful home… it was the wonderful people who made us feel so welcome! Can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Really wonderful vacation at Beach House Flamingo

We loved our stay at Beach House Flamingo. We were there for two weeks with 6 other friends - and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The weather was perfect, Yvonne (the chef) was just fantastic, and Erika took great care of us, any issues and (unexpectedly) all of our laundry. The location is phenomenal; we got up early every morning for a walk on the beach -(right across the street from the house) and later in the day we spent time either in the ocean or in the pool. My wife and I were/are interested in learning Spanish, so we went to CPI every morning (about 1 KM from the house) while the others did different things. It was one of the most relaxing and peaceful and fun filled and tasty vacations we have ever had. We are already planning to return in 2017. Yvonne's cooking was great and we enjoyed shopping with her and practicing our Spanish. Just a great vacation that we are all still talking about.

Pura Vida Costa Rica

This house is amazing! There is a short list of houses on the beach at Playa Flamingo. This is one of them. Right next door to one of the best restaurants in the area. Do NOT rent this house without chef Yvonne!! She is a steal of a deal! The food is amazing and it truly makes it a real vacation! Evelyn is at the house every day and will do anything and everything you ask. Both of these women try out their heart into everyday! Jose is the night guard. We were so thankful we could sleep a little Sounder I'm mm owing we were safe our entire trip. With that said....we never felt unsafe. The country has no army!! They are beyond environmentally friendly. True Pura Vida!!
